Taylor Swift is dragged into Blake Lively’s drama with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni – as cruel trolls unfairly label the pair ‘mean girls’
As someone who has been a dedicated follower of pop culture and Hollywood for years, I have to say that the ongoing drama surrounding Blake Lively and Taylor Swift is nothing short of fascinating. It’s like watching a reality show unfold in real-time, but with a bit more glamour and a whole lot more intrigue.
Taylor Swift has been unwittingly dragged into Blake Lively’s It Ends With Us drama.
Critics, often referred to as online trolls, have highlighted that Taylor is among Reese’s dearest friends, but they’ve unjustifiably associated her actions with some of the actress from “Gossip Girl” notorious behavior.
At present, Lively is reportedly involved in a dispute with her co-star from “It Ends With Us,” Justin Baldoni. Additionally, she has faced criticism online due to certain interviews she’s conducted, such as an interview in 2016 that left the journalist feeling uneasy and considering quitting her job.

Another troll commented, ‘Honestly, Blake Lively and Taylor Swift being best friends makes so much sense. Both incredibly boring mediocre white women who receive far too much praise for doing the least.’
Previously, Swift has faced allegations that she employs questionable strategies in the music industry to potentially undermine some of her competitors.
While promoting It Ends With Us, Lively, 36, couldn’t help but gush over BFF Swift.
During her appearance on the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show playing ‘Unpopular Opinion’, she passionately advocated for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour setlist, which includes more than 40 songs and lasts approximately three and a half hours.
Following a call where someone expressed an unpopular viewpoint about the pop star ceasing to perform “Love Story,” the mother of four retaliated with a witty, sarcastic response.
“Wow, that sounds tough,” Lively remarked. “Are you averse to happiness, pleasure, or is it something more specific like your ears? Or could it be your ears?” (This version maintains the tone and intent of the original while using more formal language.)
The caller responded: “I believe it’s an excellent tune, but I feel another track from ‘Fearless’ could shine more brightly in the limelight.”
The woman told Ryan Reynolds’ wife, “I believe it’s included due to its widespread recognition, but I feel a less famous one deserves some spotlight as well.”
Lively expressed that ideally, the concert would last for a continuous 47 hours, allowing all the songs to be performed constantly.
Greg James, who is 38 years old and the show’s host, then inquired: “Shall we play all the songs one after another?” or simply “Should we play the songs sequentially?”
‘Yes,’ Lively insisted.
Over her career, Swift has written more than 67 tracks by herself, and 274 overall.
From the year 2006 onwards, the 14-time Grammy award recipient has put out a total of 11 original studio records, 4 remastered versions, 5 mini-albums (EPs), and 4 live performance collections.
She is currently on her sixth concert tour, which is the highest-grossing music tour of all time.
Most recently, Lively and her family – including her husband, James (age 8), Inez (age 7), and Betty (age 4) – attended the Eras Tour in Madrid back in May.
A year prior, she took James and Inez to another Eras Tour show in May 2023.
Last month, Swift revealed that she is the godmother to Lively and Reynolds’ kids.
Swift, 34, Lively, and Reynolds have been close friends for years.
The Bad Blood hitmaker has even used the names of their daughters in her songs.
Her track, Betty, from 2020 album Folklore names James, Inez and Betty.
And her 2017 Reputation album features James’ voice on the song Gorgeous.
As a book lover and film enthusiast who’s seen more than a few duds this year, I must say that It Ends With Us has been one of the most disappointing movies I’ve come across. The hype surrounding it was immense, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. As someone who values well-crafted narratives and strong performances, I found the movie lackluster in both departments. It’s a shame, because with a little more effort, this could have been an engaging film that resonated with audiences. Instead, it’s become one of the most talked about movies of the year – for all the wrong reasons.
This romantic drama, adapted from Colleen Hoover’s novel, tells the story of Lily Bloom (played by Lively) who gets involved in an abusive relationship with Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).
The movie is already a $93 million box office hit but has been plagued by rumors of on-set tensions, a feud between Lively and Baldoni, and a frosty press tour.
At the New York premiere of the movie, I consciously steered clear of Lively and Baldoni, as it seemed we were giving each other a wide berth. It appears that several accounts have emerged, casting both of us in an unfavorable light.
