It’s rumored that Taylor Swift has ended conversations with Blake Lively, as she prepares to unveil a new album, which some speculate includes a song criticizing the actress. This move comes after their friendship faced some difficulties.

Since December 2024, the friendship between the longtime pals has been under public scrutiny, as Taylor Swift became involved in Blake Lively’s legal dispute with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni.

According to Baldoni’s legal team, Lively allegedly pressured Swift into making a supportive public declaration for her and also suggested deleting certain messages. This pressure and the subsequent request ultimately resulted in Swift being summoned with a subpoena, despite her efforts to avoid getting involved in the situation.

Eventually, Baldoni’s team pulled back the documentation, however, the repercussions had already inflicted damage, according to a source who spoke to DailyMail.com. At that point in time, it was reported that Swift had grown weary of Lively and felt she had been manipulated or used.

On August 13th, the 35-year-old Swift revealed plans for her upcoming album titled “The Life of a Showgirl,” featuring a track named “Ruin the Friendship,” speculated to be centered around her relationship with the equally famed Lively, who is 37 years old.

Now, a source close to the situation tells People, ‘Taylor and Blake aren’t speaking.’

We haven’t heard back from Swift and Lively’s representatives yet, as we sought their comments.

The explosive texts from Baldoni’s complaint suggest that Lively had affectionately called the famous singer and her husband “my dragons” in an attempt to exert influence or pressure on him regarding the failed movie “It Ends With Us.

In January, a source shared with DailyMail.com that Blake’s playful message to Justin, “I’m Khaleesi, and just like her, I happen to have dragons,” was perceived by her friends as inappropriate and unnecessary. They believed she was being exploited as a means of intimidation, and they viewed her as more of an accessory or commodity.

Ever since then, it appears that Swift has been making efforts to disassociate herself from the scandal and also her previous friendship with Lively.

Among the steps taken were removing Lively from her close group, with boyfriend Travis Kelce subsequently removing Reynolds from his Instagram account.

This new disclosure adds another unexpected turn to the case, which has pulled in numerous high-profile individuals and produced some notable courtroom exchanges. For instance, it involves Blake Lively’s assertion about a dragon.

This mother of four has faced accusations for not reading the book that served as a basis for the movie prior to filming, and afterward, she insisted that Baldoni and his family remain in the basement during the movie’s premiere, due to her unwillingness to share the same space with him.

But things turned sour in December as Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, who was both her co-star and director in the movie version of the well-known Colleen Hoover book titled The It Ends With Us.

In short, the situation worsened in December when Lively decided to sue Baldoni, her colleague and director in the film adaptation of the renowned Colleen Hoover novel, The It Ends With Us.

Next month, when Baldoni filed a counterclaim charging Lively and her spouse Ryan with defamation, Swift found herself drawn into the dispute as well.

Contained in Baldoni’s filing were screenshots of text messages and emails that named Swift.

Baldoni asserted that Swift attended an important gathering regarding the film, which took place at Lively and Reynolds’ NYC penthouse, as facilitated by them.

According to a source near Swift, she merely walked in to find the meeting already in progress, with no participation on her part.
