In this fresh season airing tonight, one of the new competitors hints that they may perform an action that could potentially haunt them forever.
For the 19th consecutive season, Greg Davies and Alex Horne return, welcoming five fresh comedians who will strive to earn points by showcasing their wit, humor, and sometimes, their foolishness.
This ensemble features Fatiha El-Ghorri, Jason Mantzoukas, Mathew Baynton, Rosie Ramsey, and Stevie Martin.
Prior to the debut of the first episode on Channel 4, Baynton hinted to Metro that there might be certain antics he’ll struggle to outgrow or forget.
“I did something it’s fair to say I might regret for the rest of my life,” the Ghosts star said.
What’s peculiar about that situation is that there’s nobody dictating your actions; instead, it’s all up to you. In this regard, I brought about my own unfortunate circumstances.

It feels as if you’ve been swept into a peculiar mental realm, where only the task at hand occupies your thoughts. The need for swift decision-making becomes inevitable, and before you realize it, you’re fully immersed in the action, giving it your all.
It isn’t until you’re in the car heading home that you suddenly realize, “Oh no, that incident is going on television, it will be remembered for a long time.

Baynton additionally disclosed that he experienced a brief hesitation prior to committing for the season, expressing that “it’s a place where you are mocked, and one must be willing to embrace it.
He confided that he had declined invitations for panel shows in the past due to his anxiety about being genuine, but ultimately agreed to participate in Taskmaster, since he’s an admirer of the show.
As a gamer, I’m not expected to crack jokes all the time. Instead, it’s about immersing myself, keeping an open mind, and going along with the wild requests thrown at me. It seems like such a blast!
Every Thursday at 9 PM, you’ll find me tuning into Channel 4 to catch Taskmaster’s latest shenanigans in season 21. If I can’t watch it live, I’ll stream it later from the Channel 4 website or app.
