I’ve been sharing some insights about my character development lately, particularly during my stint on Taskmaster series 17. And let me tell you, I went all out – I did every single task while dressed as a vampire, complete with the full get-up and makeup.

In an interview for the podcast of the show, he shared that one factor behind his decision was experiencing apprehension about revealing his true self on television.

In my own words, I’ve rarely had the opportunity to express myself authentically in the limelight. Most of my past work consisted of following scripts or embodying characters like “Mr. Swallow.” Consequently, I hardly ever use “me” in public settings unless it’s for promotional purposes.

I’ve found that donning a disguise, even as simple as a Dracula costume, can be surprisingly calming. There’s something about stepping into a character that allows me to momentarily forget my everyday worries and embrace a sense of playfulness. It’s as if the costume serves as a shield, giving me permission to enter a fictional world where I can let go and just enjoy the experience. Of course, this is just based on my personal experience, but I believe that everyone has had moments where they felt the transformative power of a costume or role-play scenario. It’s an escape from reality, a chance to step into someone else’s shoes and explore new perspectives.

Mohammed has recently added a new film project to his list of appearances, which includes roles on “Renegade Nell,” “Douglas Is Cancelled,” and the last season of “Inside No.9” on TV.

In this thrilling story, you’ll find a star-studded cast with the addition of James McAvoy, Julianne Moore, Jenna Coleman, and Kyle Soller from “Andor.”
