Tasha K accuses Cardi B of ‘sabotaging’ her bankruptcy case after failing to pay rapper $3.4M

Tasha K, also known as Thomas, alleges that Cardi B deliberately tried to harm Tasha’s career, and she filed for bankruptcy three years late – after a judge instructed her to pay Cardi B $3.4 million due to slanderous remarks about the rapper claiming Tasha was a drug-using sex worker with sexually transmitted infections.

According to fresh documents acquired by TMZ on Tuesday, the 42-year-old gossip blogger asserted that the 32-year-old Grammy winner was attempting to financially intimidate her by disclosing her supposed hidden ‘trust funds located in the Cook Islands, Nevis, and Georgia.’

Tasha K, born as Latasha Kebe, is said to claim that Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, aimed to set terms for any debt settlement, limiting Cardi B’s freedom to express herself openly on her blogs and various social media platforms.

Last month, legal representatives for the star who is equally Dominican and Trinidadian submitted documents to the Florida Bankruptcy Court, alleging that the host of Unwine With Tasha K had dishonestly moved assets and income from her ownership into her husband Cheickna Kebe’s name or his business.

cardi b claims that tasha k continues to enjoy a lavish lifestyle, having moved into a monthly rented apartment worth $7,000, and is seeking the court’s decision to dismiss her bankruptcy case and prevent her from re-filing for the next two years.

Previously, the comedian who hails from Florida stated in Bankruptcy Court that her total assets were less than $60,000. These assets included a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado car and two Louis Vuitton handbags, with only approximately $95 in her bank account.

A highly productive YouTube personality, known for wrapping up a 22-city tour in the previous year, has had past legal issues involving defamation with celebrities such as Kevin Hart, R. Kelly, Soulja Boy, and Bishop Lamor Whitehead (whose case was dismissed last August).

The representative for Marc Jacobs went on to say: “I find it unnecessary to engage with individuals who are unresponsive within half an hour because such behavior quickly irritates me.

For the past two hours, I’ve been quite upset with you. As a result, I’m currently preoccupied and not in the mood for social interaction. I won’t be engaging with anyone until my tasks are completed.

In simpler terms, Offset, who is separated from Cardi B, was recently spotted getting affectionate with a model named Melanie Jayda in the city of Dubai.

As a devoted admirer putting it in my own words, I’d say: In a personal matter close to my heart, I find myself eagerly awaiting the outcome as Cardi B seeks primary physical custody of our cherished little ones – Kulture Kiari Cephus, Wave Set Cephus, and our newest bundle of joy who has yet to be named.

Previously known as a dancer in adult entertainment, she is set to contest for the Best Rap Performance award at this year’s 67th Grammy Ceremony. The event will be broadcasted on CBS and Paramount+ starting from February 2nd.
