Tasha Ghouri takes a tense phone call as she spends time with Strictly partner Aljaz Skorjanec following her split from Andrew Le Page

Tasha and Andrew got acquainted on Love Island in the year 2022, and ever since then, they’ve decided to live together and care for their beloved pet, Luna. He was there for her during the Strictly Come Dancing live performances, cheering her on as she reached the final round.

According to a source, Tasha had deeply felt affection for Andrew, yet signs of trouble emerged after her Strictly appearance.

“She poured everything into the contest, keeping her eyes solely on her dances with Aljaz. This intense focus created a rift in their relationship over time. Now that she’s embarking on a tour, she will be separated from Andrew once more.

Prior to her appearance on Strictly, she had mentioned the infamous curse, saying, “To me, Andrew is the most attractive man on Earth.

‘Andrew and I have complete faith in one another. Our relationship isn’t contingent on anything. We’re confident that we’ll handle whatever comes our way easily, given our plans to marry in the future.’

“We’re completely unfazed by it, as we have full faith in one another. There was no need to talk about the so-called ‘Strictly curse’ since it doesn’t even cross our minds.”

The “Strictly Curse” often separates participants from their significant others during the demanding series, causing tension in numerous relationships throughout its history.

On New Year’s Day, Tasha added red heart emojis to a picture that Andrew had uploaded onto Instagram with the caption: “Here’s to 2025, let’s make it count.

Tasha made history in 2022 as she became the first deaf contestant to take part in Love Island.

Following their appearance on the show, Andrew and Tasha decided to share a home in London shortly after. Last year, they even purchased a house together, which they’ve been working on renovating since then.

Following the Strictly final prior to Christmas, Tasha finally spoke up after not receiving the Glitterball trophy, which instead went to Chris McCausland.

During the final performance, she left the judges in awe, with Anton Du Beke stating that she was arguably the most gifted contestant the series has seen.

Tasha was taken aback during the final show when it turned out that Alex, who had traveled all the way from Australia, had come to watch Tasha perform one more time before she left the stage.

The hearing-impaired model, equipped with cochlear implants, posted a series of backstage photos along with a touching letter to her past self, expressing triumph after her accomplished run on Strictly, emphasizing that all things are achievable.
