As a seasoned performer and Olympian myself, I can certainly appreciate the spirit of competition that Tom showcases. His determination to dance against anyone, despite his advanced age, is truly commendable. It reminds me of my days on the track, where age was just a number and the fire in our hearts was the only thing that mattered.

Over the weekend, I couldn’t help but pour over Tasha Ghouri’s latest Instagram post, where she shared a recap of her recent Strictly Come Dancing adventures!

26-year-old Love Island alum, who started on Strictly Come Dancing three weeks back, posted numerous heartwarming photos featuring herself, partner Aljaž Škorjanec (aged 34), along with shots of her loved ones and boyfriend Andrew Le Page (aged 29).

In one snap, the star looked incredible as she cut a stylish figure in a blue tulle dress which boasted an embellished bust and a semi-sheer embellished skirt.

In the glow of success, she stood alongside her radiant parents, Tarek and Nicky, following her record-breaking Viennese waltz performance during week two.

Simultaneously, in another delightful moment, the celebrity gleamed while posing for a photo with Aljaž’s spouse, Janette Manrara, and their daughter Lyra.

In addition, Tasha posted a picture of her partner, Andrew, along with their cute dog Luna, wearing a sunflower collar.

Afterward, she offered a peek behind-the-scenes elegance before taking a selfie with her friend prior to the performance.

Simultaneously, in another instance, the celebrity created quite a buzz during rehearsals, accompanied by Andrew and her parents, all sporting Team Tasha T-shirts with evident pride.

She elegantly radiated charm in a well-tailored beige jacket while taking a stylish selfie in front of a mirror, highlighting her natural grace.

In the meantime, she shared glimpses of her mornings at the Strictly studio, looking relaxed in a light grey hoodie and jeans, even stopping for a photo with a warm drink.

In the collection of photos, she additionally posted a video of her stylish outfit from the first week, which included a dance performance of the Cha Cha to Sabrina Carpenter’s popular tune, Espresso.

She titled the photos as: “I’m absolutely thrilled for tomorrow! I’ve rarely been this happy, participating in @bbcstrictly has brought me such happiness and I’m simply cherishing every moment!

“Every morning I find myself wondering if it’s all a dream! This week’s rehearsals for Barbie and Ken have been absolutely fantastic, and I can hardly wait to share the results with you all!

She concluded with: ‘A little strictly dump of the past few weeks (love heart emoji)’

This week on the BBC show, it’s all about movies, and Tasha and Aljaž might aim to rule the leaderboard yet again with their dance set to Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For?” from Barbie.

Last weekend, Tom Dean became the first contestant to be booted from the show
after Toyah Wilcox and her professional partner Neil Jones were saved by the judges.

Discussing her participation in the dance-off recently with The Sun, contestant Toyah stated: “Everybody was utterly stunned. Although Tom is an Olympian, when it comes to a dance-off, I will always give my very best, no matter who I’m up against.

‘They are observing someone petite yet 66 years old, which could be around the age of their mother or grandmother. I recognize that to younger individuals, I might seem quite old, but I do not act in a manner consistent with my age.’

Toyah commented, “It’s nice that some young people may not recognize me, as they might not be aware of my strength.

Meanwhile, fellow celeb Montell has admitted she is struggling to dance in high heels.

In my experience as a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d say the most challenging aspect isn’t sticking to a regular routine; it’s finding the right footwear. It’s all about enduring shoes that seem determined to shatter your foot. Funny enough, these shoes excel at causing discomfort, and they do so quite effectively!

The actress from “Gladiators” confessed that she’s not accustomed to donning high heels, and it feels much like spending an entire evening out in them.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but feel Montell’s determination shining through, as she prepares to face each challenge head-on, despite feeling like a stranger in the early stages of the show.

She said: ‘The only way to do it is really immerse yourself because you get to only do it once, so you might as well go hard or go home.’

In the first week, I’ll be dressed in a grand ball gown, quite unlike my usual self. The following week will have me transformed into something resembling a lively samba dancer at a carnival. It would be hard to recognize me.
