Taryn Manning, known for her role in Orange Is the New Black, shared two unusual videos on Monday showing her without a top, filmed at her home in Palm Springs.

The 47-year-old actress and singer, who has nearly two million followers on social media, playfully acknowledged the lovely weather and admitted she knows some people might be surprised by her revealing outfits.

‘But when you’re just cruising around your property and it’s your home then why can’t I?’

This happened shortly after Manning briefly removed her top while dancing in a video, which she then quickly deleted – about two hours later.

The award-winning actress used the hashtag #sovereign when sharing a revealing video. Her caption encouraged viewers to embrace freedom and self-acceptance, stating that people have no control over others’ reactions and that self-consciousness began with the biblical story of Eve. She urged people to reclaim a more natural state of being.

On Monday, Manning announced she’s planning to renovate her Palm Springs house, sell it, and then move to a secluded location where she won’t be bothered.

The former Trump supporter said they hoped no one – even the government – would come after them, as they no longer wanted to pay taxes. They also expressed a lack of trust in Donald Trump.

On Instagram, a user named @hunterflowers_ commented, ‘Don’t let them [Britney] Spears you Tara,’ but Manning politely corrected the spelling to ‘Taryn’.

The actress, originally from Virginia and raised in Arizona, didn’t reply to an Instagram user named @discussingbritney. This user had warned her that her drinking could be fatal, calling the situation ‘sadly bizarre’ to watch.
