Tammy Hembrow isn’t just sweating it out in the gym – she’s serving serious shade.

In the latest TikTok post shared on Monday, the fitness influencer, aged 31, seemingly took a sharp jab at her ex-husband Matt Zukowski following their unexpected separation, which occurred only a few weeks ago.

In the video, Tammy captures herself on a step machine as she writes in a dramatic tone: ‘One step for each moment I wish I had heeded my sisters’ advice.’

Fans were quickly excited by the provocative comment, many believing it was a subtle criticism directed at the Love Island celebrity who recently announced their split from their partner.

Tammy added in the caption: ‘Gonna be here all day.’

Last year, during an episode of Matt’s “Where’s Your Head At?” podcast, my beloved Tammy’s sisters – the wise Emilee, 32, and the radiant Amy, 34 – shared some apprehensions about her relationship. In their eyes, I can’t help but agree, Tammy appeared more like an ‘immature baby’. This statement, though harsh, has only made me more invested in understanding their perspective on my idol!

The siblings often referred to Matt as a “young adolescent,” a “grown child,” and “misguided” due to his hasty proposal.

Recently, there have been several hints, some subtle and others quite obvious, suggesting that things are not going smoothly between the ex-spouses, who exchanged vows in an extravagant wedding at Byron Bay only a few months back.

Tammy just came back from Queenstown, New Zealand, where she took a healthy vacation following her breakup, and is now residing in Queensland again.

She was accompanied by her three children – son Wolf, 9, daughter Saskia, 7, and toddler Posy, 3.

Later on, she had a delightful evening out with her friends Isabella Laws, Stephanie Mac, and Casey Mccauley at the popular spot, Alvin’s Wine Bar.

Last month, the popular social media personality publicly declared her separation from Matt in a heartfelt video on TikTok.

She wept as she confessed that her decisions regarding relationships hadn’t always been wise ones.

She shared with her followers, “It’s clear that when you get married, you expect it to last a lifetime. I take full responsibility for any issues that have arisen.

Matt additionally made the announcement of their split on Instagram Stories, expressing it as follows: “With a sadness deep in my heart, I am letting you all know that Tammy and I have chosen to part ways…

‘This wasn’t a decision we took lightly.’

This couple experienced a rapid, passionate love affair that led to their engagement only three months after starting to date, and they were married in November 2023.

But cracks quickly appeared after their dreamy honeymoon period came to an end.

24 hours post his sighting, partygoing with sports journalist Tayla Little at London Tavern Hotel, the surprising news broke about Matt.

At the time, the sighting fuelled rumours the pair had been spending time together post-breakup. 

On Sunday, Tammy puzzled her fans when they saw her sporting a ring that seemed to be her wedding band, despite having discarded it post their separation.

On Instagram, Tammy was captured in several snapshots and clips while sipping on a green juice and modeling a charming white minidress – perfect for any bride-to-be.

It wasn’t long before people noticed the sparkle on her finger – the fitness queen seemed to have once again started wearing her wedding ring, even though she and her partner are no longer together.

‘Has she still got her ring on??’ questioned one fan in the comments section below the post.

In terms of her extravagant wedding ring, Tammy chose a dazzling diamond-studded one, whereas Matt selected a classic, minimalist white gold ring instead.

An Australian jeweller has estimated that it would have set the star back a massive $23,000.
