Tammy Hembrow spotted prepping for her nuptials to Matt Zukowski – as she hands over daughter Posy to ex Matt Poole just days ahead of her wedding

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Tammy Hembrow’s journey to her upcoming wedding is truly a testament to the power of co-parenting and moving forward in life. It’s heartening to see exes like Matt Poole and Tammy getting along so well for the sake of their child Posy.

It’s been announced that Tammy Hembrow is getting ready for her upcoming wedding to Matt Zukowski, which is scheduled for this coming weekend.

30-year-old soon-to-be-bride beamed with happiness as she gave their two-year-old daughter, Posy, to her child’s father and former fiancé of Tammy, Matt Poole.

Beaming broadly, the 36-year-old Ironman champion, who is anticipating the arrival of another child with his partner Annelyse Oatway, delightfully cradled his little daughter.

It seemed that Tammy and Poole were having a great time together, as Tammy, a mom of three, confidently displayed her toned physique while dressed casually in stylish black workout clothing.

She outfitted her youngest child in a charming set of pink trousers and a coordinating purple shirt, while Posy tightly held onto a plush unicorn doll.

Posy appeared eager to be passed over to her father after Tammy pulled her out of the car. 

It comes just days ahead of Tammy’s wedding to her current fiancé, 29-year-old Zukowski. 

Recently, the influencer disclosed what she doesn’t feel comfortable entrusting to Zukowski regarding their wedding plans.

Tammy participated in her fiance’s “Where’s Your Head At” podcast alongside co-host Anna McEvoy, confessing that she had some initial concerns regarding his wedding vows at first.

The revelation surfaced when Anna queried Zukowski about the completion of his vows, and the impending bridegroom admitted that he sought inspiration from Google in the process.

‘I don’t know how any other dude does it, but I Googled how to structure them,’ Zukowski revealed.

‘I got really overwhelmed, so I’m going to go over it with the celebrant.’

Tammy then chimed in to admit she was ‘worried’ about what he would come up with.

‘We did a questionnaire with our celebrant,’ Tammy said.

‘I’ve been a little bit worried about Zukowski’s vows. Are they going to be romantic?’

Following Zukowski’s assertion about his romantic nature, Tammy concurred, stating that her doubts regarding Zukowski’s skills in creating vows were misplaced.

‘You are very romantic but I had no idea how it was going to go,’ Tammy told her fiancé.

She mentioned that they reviewed some questions, and his responses were so heartwarming, they almost brought tears to her eyes.

‘I have nothing to worry about. This man is the sweetest.’

Zukowski explained the matter more clearly by stating: ‘The focus is more on how to organize my words rather than the specific content itself.’

Tammy also admitted that her vows make her tear up every time she reads them.

Each time I’ve seen them, I’ve cried uncontrollably. It seems as if we might both be moved to tears in that moment, she stated.

Previously, Tammy was involved in two relationships. Her initial commitment was with social media personality Reece Hawkins, a partnership that produced their son, Wolf, and daughter, Saskia.

In November 2021, the well-known fitness expert got engaged to restaurant owner Matt Poole, who was previously an Ironman competitor. However, they parted ways in December 2022 and together they have a two-year-old daughter named Posy.
