Tammy Hembrow reveals which of her exes she’s still friends with – as she vows to take things slower with her dating life

She’s suffered plenty of heartbreaks over the years.

And unlucky-in-love Tammy Hembrow has now revealed which of her exes she is still friends with

In an interview on the ‘Mad About You’ podcast with Jadé and Lachie Brycki, the 31-year-old revealed she maintains friendly relationships with people she needs to stay in contact with.

She explained that she remains friendly with her former partners, Reece Hawkins and Matt Poole, because they share children together.

Tammy says her only other serious relationship was with her ex-husband, Matt Zukowski, but he wasn’t selected.

Tammy’s statement suggests she doesn’t maintain friendships with her past celebrity relationships, including singer Jahkoy Palmer, rapper Tyga, and Australian rules football player Bailey Smith.

Tammy shared that going through a recent divorce has made her more cautious about dating and she doesn’t want to jump into a new relationship too quickly.

She said she’s gained valuable experience and plans to take a more relaxed approach to her next relationship.

I’ve realized I don’t want to focus all my attention on just one person. I tend to get really fixated on a single individual, and I want to change that.

I’ve always struggled with dating – I haven’t really been able to go on dates with multiple people to see who I connect with. I’d like to try that – just explore my options and get to know different people, rather than rushing into a relationship.

I was so excited to hear Tammy say she’s officially embracing a ‘dating era’! She’s even teamed up with Tinder to help her find someone, which I think is awesome.

She announced in an Instagram video, filmed while driving and wearing a white T-shirt, that she’s starting to date again and is using Tinder to find someone she likes.

I always seem to be in the news when it comes to dating, but I wanted you to hear it directly from me: I’m starting to date again.

Tammy said she thinks people take dating too seriously, and it should be enjoyable. “Honestly, it feels like everyone expects dating to be so serious, but it’s supposed to be fun!” she explained.

I’m using Tinder to see what kind of people are around. I’m hoping to connect with someone I click with, and maybe something more will develop from that.

She ended the Tinder ad with a playful message: ‘Consider this your sign – it’s time to find someone new on Tinder!’

Okay, so there’s been a lot of chatter lately about whether my relationship with Bailey Smith was genuine. It’s understandable, especially since he’d just become a Tinder ambassador a few months before we went public. People are wondering if it was all just a clever marketing move, and honestly, I get why they’re asking! It’s something I’ve been thinking about too, and it’s definitely sparked a conversation.

Tammy has had quite the colourful dating history.

Tammy was previously engaged to Reece Hawkins, who is the father of her two oldest children, Wolf, age 10, and Saskia, age 8.

After her breakup, she was rumored to be dating both Tyga and Jahkoy Palmer, but neither relationship lasted.

Her second engagement was with Ironman Matt Poole, the father of her youngest child, Posey, two.

Her most recent engagement – to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski – progressed to marriage.

However, in June, just seven months after tying the knot, the pair announced their divorce.

Just weeks later, Tammy was spotted locking lips with Bailey on the Gold Coast.

Their relationship didn’t last long, and it was clear things had ended when Bailey didn’t bring Tammy as his date to the Brownlow Medal ceremony.
