The popular fitness personality, aged 31, who disclosed her separation from the Love Island celebrity in June, responded to a critic who claimed she was falsifying the existence of their relationship.

One of Tammy’s 17 million Instagram followers commented on a recent video, saying, ‘Tammy, the depth of your affection for Matthew is evident.’

‘Now you’re just pretending nothing happened.’

On Monday, Tammy put up three Vera Wang wedding gowns for sale, which fueled speculations about a potential reunion with her former fiance, Reece Hawkins, after an unexpected late-night conversation. This move was seen as her brushing off criticism regarding her decision to move on.

Tammy owns three dresses from Vera Wang, one of which is a beautiful, full-skirted tulle gown in a rosy shade, another that’s sleek and fitted like a bustier, and the last one is a short corsetted dress with an impressive train.

She shared that she’s currently working hard to achieve peak fitness, both mentally and physically, as well as emotionally.

It comes after Tammy revealed she ‘didn’t recognise herself’ during her marriage to Matt, 29.

On Sunday, the influencer disclosed that she’s noticeably slimmed down and improved her physique after parting ways with her husband.

On Instagram, she posted a video showcasing her appearance alongside Matt, both before and after, where it’s noticeable that Tammy has shed pounds and built up muscle over the past few weeks.

In her post’s description, Tammy expressed that she was regaining her familiar sense of self during the difficult and highly visible separation.

Tammy shared, “I’m slowly returning to my usual self. In truth, I hardly resemble the person in those early videos.

She noted, as she endorsed her fitness app, that “You may not always find the motivation, but you’ll never regret taking the first step and putting effort into yourself.

Tammy and Matt confirmed they had split on social media last month.

Matt shared on his Instagram Story that he and his partner have decided to part ways, emphasizing that this difficult choice wasn’t made impulsively.

‘It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,’ Matt began.

We’ve both found it challenging to decide on this matter, but ultimately, it’s crucial that we prioritize our well-being as well as the best interests of her three kids.

On November 23, Tammy and Matt exchanged wedding vows during a stunning ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil located in Byron Bay.

They became engaged in December 2023 after dating for just three months.
