However, the influencer expressed a positive outlook towards the future and shared her aspiration to rise from the ruins, addressing her followers via an Instagram post on Wednesday.
‘I seem to have lost myself countless times, but each time I discover something fresh. Here’s to those moments!’

It comes after Tammy shared an emotional update following her painful breakup.
The 31-year-old fitness influencer confessed that she’s been experiencing recurring headaches since she announced her divorce, due to frequent bouts of tears.
In the video posted on her Instagram Story, she mentioned that she has been experiencing more frequent headaches recently due to her sensitivity or emotional reactivity.
Tammy announced her shock split from Matt in an emotional video on Sunday.
Additionally, the star from Love Island Australia disclosed their breakup on an emotional Instagram Story, explaining that they did not come to this difficult choice without careful consideration.
‘It’s with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,’ Matt began.
We’ve both found it tough to decide on this matter, but ultimately, we must choose what seems best for us and her three kids.
He emphasized that this wasn’t a hasty choice we made; it carries significant weight and our shared moments will remain deeply treasured and indelible in our memories. In closing, he expressed gratitude for the fanbase’s unwavering support and kindly requested some privacy.

Regardless of the brief duration of their marriage, both individuals have requested seclusion while they adapt to life after the separation.
Matt ended his heartfelt message by expressing gratitude for everyone’s backing and understanding during these challenging times while they work through their separation.
Later on, Tammy expressed her feelings about the separation in a heartfelt TikTok message, informing followers that she was going through a divorce.
She shared with her followers that she prefers not to delve deeply into specifics and wants to respect all parties concerned.
Tammy went on, her voice trembling, “Clearly, when you get married, you expect it to last a lifetime. I take full responsibility for what’s happened.
I’ve often chosen less than ideal partners, and I tend to view them through overly optimistic lenses.
It’s clear that the most challenging aspect for me is having children. While I can assure myself that I’ll be alright, it’s my concern for them that really gets to me.
The news broke out within just about a day, following Matt’s sighting enjoying an evening at the London Tavern in Melbourne on Saturday, where he was seen with sports journalist Tayla Little.

Initially, there was a hint of worry regarding Tammy in March when she was observed weeping in a restroom, and subsequently, Matt was heard apparently making derogatory remarks about his spouse at a fitness center in South Melbourne.
After several weeks, Matt silently departed from the shared home in Queensland and returned to Melbourne, taking up work again at his father’s swimming pool company.
As Matt persisted in jointly hosting the podcast “Where’s Your Head At?” alongside his former girlfriend and fellow Love Island contestant Anna McEvoy, it became apparent that Tammy was not present on Matt’s social media platforms.
Currently, the social media personality who resides in Gold Coast continues to stay in Queensland with her trio of kids – nine-year-old Wolf, seven-year-old Saskia, and three-year-old Posy – all from past relationships.
Over the last two months, Matt has conspicuously been absent from significant family gatherings such as Tammy’s 31st birthday, Posy’s fairy-themed third birthday celebration, and also Easter weekend.
On November 23, Tammy and Matt exchanged wedding vows in a stunning ceremony held at Château Du Soleil in Byron Bay.
They got engaged in December 2023 following just three months of dating.
The couple who travel extensively got engaged in the Maldives, then proceeded to enjoy lavish vacations in Greece and Bali.
Previously, Tammy has been involved in two relationships, one with social media personality Reece Hawkins. Together they have a son named Wolf and a daughter called Saskia.
