Takashi Murakami and CASETiFY Announce Collaborative “MR. DOB” Collection
Announcing their latest collaboration, Takashi Murakami and CASETiFY reveal the “Takashi Murakami x CASETiFY: Mr. DOB” line.
This new collection is a testament to their creative alliance.
Globally unveiled on April 11th, this collaboration honors the enduring legacy of the iconic artist and showcases his impact on modern art and popular culture. The central figure of MR. DOB, a character closely associated with Murakami’s artwork, takes center stage in this collection.
In our initial encounter, Takashi-san and I engaged in lengthy discussions about integrating art into people’s daily digital routines, stated Wes Ng, the CEO and Co-founder of CASETiFY. After that, we embarked on a period of intense collaboration, exploring the limits of what could be achieved by combining renowned artwork with everyday technology. This collection is the manifestation of our shared dream and vision.
The collaboration between TAKASHI MURAKAMI and CASETiFY, known as the MR. DOB collection, is scheduled to launch on April 11. This will be available through the CASETiFY webstore and physical stores. A sneak peek at select items from this collection will start on April 3.
