Sydney Sweeney’s Partnership With Baskin-Robbins Is Sweet, But Her Barbiecore Outfits Are Sweeter
Sydney Sweeney has been enjoying a prosperous summer and an exceptionally stylish year. Right before summer began, Sweeney revealed her partnership with Dr. Squatch for bathwater soap. Now, barely a month later, she’s announced another sweet collaboration – this time with the well-known ice cream shop, Baskin-Robbins. However, it’s her Barbiecore wardrobe that serves as the perfect finishing touch to this upcoming tasty alliance.
As a devoted cinephile, I must say that Zoey Deutch never fails to turn heads, and her recent ensemble for the 31 scoop shop ad is no exception – Barbie herself would be proud! With her stunning red Vera Wang gown and icy blue Miu Miu cold shoulder dress already gracing our screens this year, it’s clear that she can rock any pink fit. Whether it’s a casual streetwear look, a chic fitted Peter Pan collared peplum dress, or even a cozy late-night sweatsuit, Zoey nails every shade of pink with effortless style. Take a peek at her stunning transformation below!

Frankly, certain items in this collection seem perfectly suited for Barbie’s closet, and Sweeney, being another famous blonde, handled them effortlessly. What’s missing is a tropical setting similar to those seen with the Immaculate star’s spring break-inspired bikini. However, it’s hard to decide which piece I admire the most—the fitted top or the playful structured dress.
Nonetheless, it’s refreshing to encounter a lighter piece among her projects, such as the one yet to be named, in contrast to the recently premiered “Echo Valley” on Apple TV+ and the upcoming adaptation of Freida McFadden’s “The Housemaid,” both being thrillers. The light project, despite its size, offers a welcome variation.
Apart from me, many others were fond of the pink-themed partnership that had something significant to express. The comments section was brimming with fans, such as BR and its collaborative partner, who frequently run a joint store. Moreover, a third popular influencer with blonde hair joined in to support the seasonal employees, alongside accolades from ice cream enthusiasts and Sweeney admirers.
- “thank YOU for being the sweetest 🤭” – baskinrobbins
- “And I’ll be impatiently waiting until then” – dunkin
- 😍- parishilton
- “Fav actress + fav dessert 🙌 let’s go!” – sweeneysadore
- “absolutely iconic 💕✨”- marymac_n_cheese
Clearly, the vibes for the coming summertime treat are anything but icy. The joint Instagram post highlights the small, special, limited-time menu hitting stores July 1. Offerings include two treats, both of which are rainbow sherbet-based, including a chocolate-dipped waffle cone adorned with rainbow sprinkles and mini gummy bears, along with a sherbet and Starry blended fizzy drink (also with mini gummy bears).
Instead of eagerly waiting for the arrival of Euphoria Season 3 in just a few days, I’m more than happy to enjoy a delightful Baskin-Robbins x Sydney Sweeney dessert during these hot summer months as an alternative. This is even more appealing with the vibrant Barbiecore aesthetic and the refreshing break it provides between the exciting films scheduled for release in 2025, serving as a palate cleanser of sorts for those thrilling movie offerings.
