Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream is Out Now For Xbox Series X|S
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I’ve seen it all – from pixelated pixels to photorealistic graphics. But when it comes to immersive, engaging stories that transport you into another world, few games can match the captivating lore of Sword Art Online. So you can imagine my excitement when Bandai Namco announced the launch of Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream!
Today, Bandai Namco unveils Sword Art Online: Fractured Dreams, marking the debut of a major live service multiplayer game within the series.
Within the sprawling digital universe of Alfheim Online, home to Galaxia – a novel system that’s experienced a glitch, causing multiple worlds and timelines to intertwine. Joining forces with their friends, our hero Kirito embarks on a journey through a tumultuous landscape, tackling fresh obstacles and braving numerous hazards in an unpredictable world.
Adored characters such as Leafa and Asuna embark on a journey alongside Kirito, offering multiplayer options for up to 20 players or cooperative gameplay. Additionally, cross-platform support is available, allowing you to team up with friends to conquer boss battles and co-op quests. If you prefer, you can enjoy the game in offline single-player mode, exploring a fresh narrative. For a sneak peek, be sure to watch the launch trailer below!
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that “Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream” is now available across platforms! You can grab it on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, or PC. If you’re looking for something extra, consider the Standard Edition. For those seeking more, there’s the Deluxe Edition that comes with Character Pass Vol. 1 and the Prism Heart Costume Set. Or if you want to dive deeper into the game’s art and music, opt for the Digital Premium Edition, which includes a digital artbook and soundtrack as well!
