Susanna Reid expressed gratitude towards her fans following the announcement of impressive viewership numbers for Good Morning Britain.

Yesterday, the TV show host announced on social media that our morning show on ITV saw its greatest viewership in 2025, which is also the most significant number since the election held last year.

This morning’s episode of ‘Good Morning Britain’ saw our largest audience this year with nearly a million viewers tuning in! It’s been a record-breaking day, thanks to an outstanding team effort and your support.

Later on, Susanna posted about it on Instagram saying, “Great ratings! Higher viewership! Bravo Team @gmb. Thanks for tuning in!

Next year, GMB is slated for significant changes as part of ITV’s revamping of its daytime programming lineup. The episodes are expected to be expanded by 30 minutes, airing at 9:30 am. Furthermore, a special ITV News team will take over the management of the show.

Furthermore, the program “Lorraine” will be broadcast every 30 weeks. The show will now last for half an hour instead of an hour, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. During the times when Lorraine is not airing, Good Morning Britain (GMB) will extend its broadcast until 10:00 am. Meanwhile, Loose Women will be aired between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm on a similar 30-week schedule.

Actress Nadia Sawalha, famously known for her loose-fitting clothing style, has expressed her dismay over the severe reductions, confessing that they have left her feeling quite emotional.
