Susanna Reid, 54, flashes her legs in a black thigh-split dress while Charlotte Hawkins stuns in a sheer lace midi as they join their GMB co-stars at ITV’s 70th Anniversary gala

Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins, along with their colleagues from Good Morning Britain, relaxed and enjoyed themselves at the ITV’s 70th Anniversary Celebration on Monday.

In spite of waking up unusually early, the duo appeared refreshed and lively while taking photos at the glamorous event held at London’s Guildhall. This gathering preceded a significant transformation for the popular morning food brand in 2026.

In a sleek, black, form-fitting dress adorned with shimmering silver heels, Susanna, aged 54, subtly revealed her legs and displayed her freshly styled blonde hair.

Simultaneously, at the age of 50, Charlotte presented an elegant and stylish appearance in a delicate, translucent blue lace gown. She accentuated her look with near-invisible nude high-heels.

In this setting, the duo struck poses for photos together with their Good Morning Britain co-stars such as Kate Garraway and Laura Tobin. Kate chose an elegant, teal satin gown for her attire, while Laura selected a stylish white crochet mini dress.

During ITV’s seven-decade anniversary, a star-studded event was held to celebrate. Notable attendees included Cat Deeley, Olivia Attwood, among others.

70th anniversary celebration hosted at the original site where ITV began its first broadcast back in 1955.

Hosted by Joel Dommett, the evening honoured seven decades of groundbreaking television moments.

Stars representing various genres of shows, including news, dramas, and soap operas, graced the event with their presence, hailing from some of the network’s most prominent programs throughout the years.

ITV last celebrated a major milestone at Guildhall for its 50th anniversary in 2005.

ITV’s festivities are happening mere months following the announcement of significant reductions planned for their daytime programming schedule. (Alternatively, ITV is hosting celebrations shortly after news broke about extensive daytime schedule cuts.)

To cut costs, both Lorraine and Loose Women will transition into seasonal shows. Specifically, Lorraine’s broadcasting time will be reduced to only 30 minutes per day.

The shows known as “This Morning” and their regular schedule will also be leaving their current studio location at Television Centre in West London.

Earlier information has disclosed that the programs will be aired from an underground studio located at The Hospital Club in London, starting from the following year.

2026 marks the year that ITV will vacate its current studios, with popular shows like “Good Morning Britain,” “Lorraine,” and “This Morning” being moved to a new location upon expiration of their contract at Television Centre.

The television program, Loose Women, will continue airing during its regular time from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. However, it will only be broadcast for 30 weeks annually instead of the full year.

During the day, starting at 10 am, the morning show titled “This Morning” (currently hosted by Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard) will keep broadcasting until 12:30 pm on weekdays.

54-year-old Susanna Reid will continue to steer Good Morning Britain (GMB), a position she’s held as the main presenter since the show first went on air in 2014.

According to reports, it appears that Richard Madeley, age 69, Ed Balls, 58, Charlotte Hawkins, and Ranvir Singh, both 47, will likely continue in their respective positions. However, Adil Ray, also 51, might have a decreased work schedule ahead.

It’s been indicated that about 450 people work for ITV Daytime, however, there may be a potential loss of up to 220 positions due to ongoing cost reductions.
