Susan Boyle has demonstrated her unwavering fandom for Oasis, as they dedicated a song to her, the iconic Britain’s Got Talent contestant, during their recent performance.
At their recent concert in Edinburgh on Tuesday, Liam Gallagher unexpectedly acknowledged another performer just before they began singing “Stand By Me.
Before the song began, the Mancunian singer announced into the mic: ‘This one’s for Susan Boyle.’
And now Susan has shared a message to thank the band for the dedicationt.
On Thursday, Susan posted a picture on Instagram, beaming with joy as she struck a pose with two thumbs up, donning the merchandise of the band.
She wrote: ‘I’m extremely grateful for your dedication, @liamgallagher. You truly brightened my day. I eagerly look forward to seeing you and the rest of @Oasis at Wembley in September for a friendly chat. Sending lots of love to everyone.’

On Tuesday, Liam demonstrated his commitment to Susan by posting a set of black-and-white photos on Instagram with the caption: “Dedicated to Susan Boyle. Edinburgh Night Three. August 12, 2025.
Susan proceeded to repost his message on her personal Instagram Stories, expressing her gratitude for the thoughtful gesture.
After Liam voiced a critical remark about Edinburgh Fringe, the globe’s largest performing arts event, stating that it is more of a tribute to mediocrity.
The 52-year-old musician, who is a renowned rock star, made a fiery entrance as his band kicked off their performance at Murrayfield Stadium.
Instead of telling 70,000 fans that the city’s arts festival was filled with individuals performing lewd acts such as juggling ridiculous props, swallowing swords, and performing distasteful magic tricks, he humorously described it as a spectacle featuring people juggling absurd objects, engaging in sword-swallowing acts, and presenting lowbrow magic stunts.
He humorously described the city’s arts festival to an audience of 70,000 as a lively showcase of entertainers performing outlandish feats like juggling oddball objects, sword-swallowing acts, and mediocre magic tricks.
Upon exiting the stage during Friday’s performance, Liam Gallagher remarked, “Regarding Edinburgh Council, they’re absolutely abysmal.
Instead of the income we’ll earn, they plan on sharing it with their wealthy yet unattractive associates. I’m still expecting an overdue apology. (More polite and professional)
Following a short moment of silence, he turned his attention towards the Fringe Festival, questioning, “So, what’s going on in Edinburgh? What’s with all the commotion?

As a devotee, I find myself perplexed by the spectacle of individuals balancing odd trinkets, attempting feats such as swallowing swords, or even riding unicycles with only one leg. It leaves me questioning the purpose behind these seemingly bizarre acts. Are we merely witnessing mediocre card tricks in disguise?
Comments were made following supervisors at the Edinburgh council labeling the band’s fanbase as drunk, overweight, and middle-aged, which might dissuade performers from participating in this month’s Fringe festival.
The brothers are said to have been advised more recently to refrain from expressing their opinions about Donald Trump, as doing so could potentially risk the success of Oasis’s upcoming US tour.
As they prepared for their highly-anticipated return tour across Canada and the United States, the two famous musicians were counseled to keep clear of American political affairs.
Previously, Liam openly referred to the U.S. president as a “jerk,” whereas Noel expressed his concerns about Trump’s environmental policies as being “extremely alarming.
However, entertainment manager Jonathan Shalit advised Oasis through the DailyMail: “In essence, I recommend that they avoid getting involved in American politics.
As a devoted supporter, I’d advise them to tread cautiously with any Trump-related matters if they wish for their U.S. tour to proceed smoothly without any unnecessary disturbances.
