Off the top of my head, I can name titles like “Prince of Persia,” “Uncharted,” “Mortal Kombat,” and “Sonic the Hedgehog.” Each of these films managed to attract substantial audiences at the box office.

I find it intriguing when production studios adapt games with minimal storylines, often mobile games, into feature-length films. This presents an opportunity for writers and directors to create something entirely new on a clean slate. If they manage to pull it off successfully, the result is truly impressive. For instance, Angry Birds serves as a perfect illustration of this phenomenon, doesn’t it?
