Supercell has formally unveiled the switch from account names to Unique Player IDs, marking the end of Supercell IDs. In their place, Supercell is introducing a new system they call Player IDs, and here’s what you need to know about it.
You can change your Supercell Player ID one time for free using the official website
Your in-game names are linked with uniquely created Player IDs that function as identifiers for you within the game. This assignment happens automatically, so players won’t have to do anything unless they choose to modify their new Player ID.
Goodbye to Supercell ID account handles, Hello to Personal IDs!
We’re switching over from old Supercell ID account names to new, unique Player IDs that are automatically generated based on your in-game name. If you don’t like the one assigned to you, you can change it once at [the given location].

Please be aware that this adjustment won’t impact your character name or your game progress in any of Supercell’s games, including Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Squad Busters, mo.co, or Hay Day.
