Sunrise star ties the knot with long-term partner in secret ceremony

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that James Tobin and his long-term girlfriend, Farrah, have set a beautiful example of love that transcends distance and time. Their secret ceremony at the picturesque Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory in rural NSW is not just a testament to their undying affection for each other but also to their resilience and commitment.

James Tobin, the popular morning weather presenter, quietly tied the knot with his longtime partner in a secluded countryside wedding ceremony in New South Wales.

In a quiet, intimate ceremony, a 44-year-old individual got married to Farrah at the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory situated within the scenic Riverina region of New South Wales.

On Monday, James posted a collection of pictures from their special day on Instagram, capturing moments that clearly depicted their deep affection for each other.

With an elegant air about him, James donned a stylish cream-toned suit, complementing it with a crisp light blue shirt and a subtly coordinating grey tie.

He finished his wedding ensemble with a pair of tan leather shoes and  a colourful boutonniere.

Farrah meanwhile gave a leggy display in a figure hugging white gown that finished above the knee.

The sleeveless dress adorned with beads highlighted Farrah’s sculpted arms, and she completed her appearance with an extended veil cascading gracefully behind her.

The newlywed couple was playfully spirited, delighting in destroying a two-layer chocolate cake using a stick, all while their audience watched amusedly.

James proposed to Farrah back in October 2023.  

It was surprising since the television personality had always kept private about his long-term relationship, which had lasted for several years.

On Monday, the TV celebrity publicly expressed a heartfelt homage to his enigmatic future spouse. He mentioned that they’ve been navigating a long-distance relationship for the past few years.

‘I have some exciting news… We’re going to get married!’ James said, standing next to a photo showing him with Farrah proudly displaying her sparkling engagement ring.

A significant portion of my existence unfolds on television, yet I’ve chosen to maintain certain aspects as personal, as not every detail has to be shared publicly.

He went on to share: ‘I’m overjoyed to announce that I popped the question to Farrah, and she happily accepted! For anyone unfamiliar with Farrah, she’s a beacon of brightness in our world.’

She’s remarkably intelligent and strikingly attractive, with a witty sense of humor and sharp intellect. Her compassionate nature is evident as she dedicates herself to saving lives, while also finding time to run grueling ultra-marathons in her leisure hours.

Over the past two years, our relationship has involved us being apart as Farrah pursued a fellowship in interventional cardiology in Perth. And let me tell you, I could not be more proud of her achievements!

James continued by stating that Farrah will shortly finish her education in Perth and is prepared to relocate to Sydney to begin a new phase of her life with him.

James proudly declared himself as the “most joyful person on Earth,” and his Instagram was filled with heartfelt messages from numerous celebrity acquaintances, suggesting they had a close relationship with Farrah.

Previously known Sunrise personality, Sam Armytage, expressed her heartfelt congratulations in this manner: “Dearest JT & Farrah, what joyous news! My warmest wishes go out to you both. You two are a fantastic duo and I eagerly anticipate many more moments of happiness together. With affection from us.
