As I delve into the captivating lives of Matt and Jessica, I find myself in awe of their remarkable journey. Their youthful love story that began at just 17 years old, blossoming into a successful partnership both personally and professionally, is truly inspiring.

On Wednesday, Matt Shirvington and his spouse Jessica were seen at their $12.5 million residence located in Sydney.

For now, the duo managing the sunrise is taking a short break and moving off the premises while the property gets thoroughly remodeled.

The 46-year-old television personality wore a serious look while inspecting the real estate in the affluent neighborhood of Mosman, which is situated along Sydney’s northern coastline.

Previously, the ex-marathon sprinter sported a casual style on the occasion, wearing a simple black t-shirt matched with grey pants and white trainers.

At one point he covered up his muscular physique in a black zip up jacket.

Elsewhere, Matt’s wife looked chic in a white knitwear top paired with relaxed fit black trousers.

She completed the appearance by adding a delicate necklace, and gathered her brown hair neatly into a sleek ponytail.

The multimillionaires temporarily relocated from the property in June.

Back in January, I was on tenterhooks, hearing that my beloved dream home in Mosman – priced at an eye-popping $12.5 million – had hit the market! Oh, the anticipation! Alas, my heart sank when the listing was eventually pulled. I’m still holding out hope, though… one day, that house will be mine!

After being listed for 128 days, the grand estate with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms couldn’t secure a buyer.

1896 saw the construction of this stunning Federation-style property, which offers convenience with its location being merely 8 kilometers from the city center. The house boasts a studio, a swimming pool, and a tennis court for residents’ enjoyment.

19th-century elegance abounds in this generously sized home, which has been meticulously preserved and offers ample living spaces, such as a grand dining room designed for formal gatherings.

In the year 2017, they acquired a property at a cost of $7.5 million. This was possible after they had sold their Federation-style house in Mosman in 2016 for approximately $4.15 million.

Matt and Jessica have three kids: their older daughter Sienna is 18, followed by their daughter Winter who’s 16, and their youngest son Lincoln, aged seven.

The pair have developed a passion for renovating luxurious properties and recently flipped a heritage-listed, Tudor-style home – also featuring a tennis court and pool – in Killara, on Sydney’s north shore, in just 17 days.

In May 2022, they made a payment of $11.2 million. This was followed by a settlement in November. Just over three weeks after that, they sold it for approximately $11.6 million less than what they had purchased it for, as stated by the Sydney Morning Herald.

The profit from the sale would not have covered the stamp duty of $720,000 payable on the property.

Matt’s spouse, Jessica, is exceptionally accomplished and recognized primarily for penning the Embrace series of novels that delve into the realm of supernatural romance.

Additionally, she serves as the managing director at the upscale waterfront eatery, Bathers Pavilion, which is situated in Mosman, on the lower part of Sydney’s coastline.

The couple married in 2001 after meeting when they were just 17 years old.
