In this adventure, you’re dispatched by Sunderfolk to journey across the breathtaking landscapes of the Sunderlands, with the aim of rescuing the tranquil animal village of Arden from an enigmatic contamination. Instead of traditional controls, you will utilize your phone or tablet as a joystick, similar to games like Jackbox. With this device, you can delve into vivid settings, interact with a lively ensemble of characters, battle monsters, and unearth concealed mysteries.
4 individuals can dive into the world of Sunderfolk, effortlessly, without the usual necessities like setup guides, rulebooks, or additional gaming materials. Notably, only a single copy of the game is needed. You can pick from six distinct characters, each with unique talents and strategic positions, such as the Arcanist, Bard, Berserker, Pyromancer, Ranger, or Rogue. As they advance, you can personalize their weapons, armor, and abilities.
With its deckbuilding system using Skill Cards and Fate Cards, Sunderfolk delivers a wealth of cooperative strategizing upon its release for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC on 23rd April. Take a peek at the newest trailer below.
