Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula have announced their separation on social media, confirming long-standing rumors about the end of their marriage. The couple, known from the reality show “Summer House,” made the announcement on Monday.
“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” the couple said in a joint statement posted on both of their Instagram stories. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.

Bravo’s reality show has a completely new cast for Season 12, featuring 10 servers from SUR who are all hoping to become the next big star.
It feels strange to ask for privacy, especially since we’ve always been open and honest with you about our relationship. But as we figure out what’s next for us, we would really appreciate your kindness and respect.
It’s hard to say precisely when things started to change, as people have been speculating about trouble in their relationship for over a year.
Cooke recently shared with Access Hollywood that their relationship hasn’t always been smooth sailing, and they’ve never tried to present a flawless image. Having documented their decade-long relationship, including four years of marriage, on camera, they’ve been very open about their struggles, especially when dealing with negative comments and misinformation online. They discussed this at BravoCon 2025 in November.
Around the same time, a source told Page Six that the couple was facing difficulties but still trying to make their relationship work. The celebrity gossip account Deuxmoi reported receiving a message in December suggesting the marriage was over. People commenting on the post also pointed out that Cooke hadn’t been seen at several important events that Batula had shared on social media.

Television
Reality TV is known for drama – scandals, contests, and relationship troubles – but this year also featured genuinely heartwarming scenes that viewers didn’t want to miss.
A year ago, Batula told Us Weekly that they and her partner had been in therapy and focused on personal growth. She explained that watching themselves on TV helped them understand how they reacted in different situations, leading to valuable lessons and growth. They continue to work on their relationship and themselves.
Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard started dating during the first season of “Summer House,” which first aired in 2017 but was filmed the year before. He proposed to her at the end of Season 3 in 2018, but their wedding was delayed until September 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their wedding was featured in the Season 6 finale.
Both reality stars will be featured on Season 10 of “Summer House,” which begins February 3rd and will be available to stream on Peacock the following day. According to Bravo, the season will showcase some conflict between them.
Television
This year, Bravo’s annual fan event, BravoCon, will be available to stream on Peacock. Andy Cohen explained that they want to make the event accessible to as many fans as possible.
“Summer House” first aired in 2017, starring Cooke and with Batula appearing as a recurring guest. The reality show centers around a group of friends who spend their summers sharing a beach house in the Hamptons, and the group of people featured on the show has changed over time.
“Having these experiences is not something that people get to do or would do,” Batula said at BravoCon 2024. “I mean, again, we’re in our 30s and 40s, and you wouldn’t really share a house together like this. Being able to have these moments to look back on and these experiences is something that’s really special.”
