Suki Waterhouse says she ‘manifested’ being chosen as an opening act for close friend Taylor Swift’s Wembley Eras Tour show

Suki Waterhouse’s journey from dreaming about opening for Taylor Swift to actually making it happen is nothing short of inspiring. The English singer-songwriter and model has proven once again that when you truly believe in something, the universe conspires to make it happen.
Suki Waterhouse shared that she successfully visualized or made it happen, landing the role as the opening act for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour performance at Wembley on Saturday evening, which is a close friend of hers.
On the third night of Taylor Swift’s five-show run at Wembley Arena, the 32-year-old English singer-songwriter and model is set to perform as a special guest.
During an interview with Rolling Stone on Tuesday, Suki expressed her excitement about her upcoming album, saying, “For a long time, I’ve been hoping and wishing for this moment to come true.”
‘I was manifesting super hard. So when [I found out], I was like, yes, dreams can come true.’
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Ever since 2016, when we were spotted twinning in outfits, these two celebrities have been cherished friends of mine. They’ve even ventured into double dating, with Suki’s partner Robert Pattinson and Taylor’s then-beau Joe Alwyn joining us on a few occasions.
The ultimate working mother, the model-turned-actress also revealed she submitted her latest album just five days before giving birth to her first child with Twilight star Robert.
Suki will go on to tour the US with her six-month-old daughter after her album release.
Earlier this month, I had the delightful news that I’d be among the select few to share the stage with Taylor and Paramore at their Wembley shows, alongside the incredible Suki.
Each evening, Paramore will give a performance. On separate nights, Raye, Suki, Maisie Peters, Holly Humberstone, and Sofia Isella will all perform individually.
Expressing her enthusiasm for the Saturday performance, Suki enthused that it feels like a privilege and long-held dream to be the opening act for Taylor’s concert.
It’s a privilege beyond words to coexist with Taylor Swift, not just in the same era, but sharing the stage as an opening act for her unparalleled and exceptional tour.
‘A long-cherished wish that I don’t ever want to end – performing at the iconic Wembley Stadium, right in my hometown! Looking forward to seeing you on August 17th at THE ERAS TOUR!’
Pop star Taylor is all set for five additional sold-out performances at Wembley Stadium, starting from August 15 and running through August 20.
At her upcoming shows in June, fans will be delighted to encounter several extra performers, aside from Paramore, who were part of the previous performances.
Led by Hayley Williams, the band is currently touring Europe alongside Taylor, and a variety of talented women will join them for their upcoming concerts at Wembley.
Besides Paramore, who are scheduled to appear at every concert, the remaining artists will each take turns performing for a single night. The series starts on August 15 with SOFIA.
On August 16, British artist Holly is set to take the stage, followed by the performance of singer-actress Suki on the 17th.
On August 19, Maisie is set to perform first, preceding the multi-BRIT Award-winning artist RAYE who will be opening for Taylor on August 20.
In a recent post on her story, Taylor shared some exciting news: “I can’t wait to share with you what’s coming next – we’ve got five phenomenal artists joining us for the 5 Wembley shows! They’ll be performing just before Paramore!”
I requested that they perform during this tour as I am a big fan of their music and believe they will undoubtedly deliver an exceptional performance at Wembley Stadium!
