Actress Barret Swatek, who starred on the show “Yellowstone,” is preparing to sell her stunning tropical property as she prepares for an upcoming relocation.

Actress Swatek, famously known for portraying Victoria Jenkins, is providing an opportunity for potential homeowners to purchase her stunning Hawaii mansion situated on the beautiful island of Maui.

Adam Weiss, a former hedge fund manager, and his wife are making arrangements for a swift relocation to Alabama. They are eager to establish their family there, particularly focusing on rearing their young daughter Dixon, and also looking forward to spending more time with their relatives, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The couple have owned the beachfront property since 2021, when they bought it for $45 million.

Ever since I became a devoted admirer of theirs, I’ve been closely following their transformative journey. They’ve meticulously restored their beautiful two-storey abode, not just improving its structure but also filling it with bespoke furniture and priceless artworks that have significantly boosted the original investment. It seems the house managed to stay undamaged despite the devastating fires that struck Maui in August 2023, claiming over 100 lives.

In simple terms, Weiss shared with the Journal that both he and Swatek expressed concern about being distant from their families following the arrival of their daughter.

‘The baby kind of changed the equation on that,’ he said.

The alluring charm doesn’t stop there; a refined courtyard, adorned with dainty reflecting pools in shades of royal blue, adds to the mesmerizing beauty of this space. I can’t help but feel utterly captivated by its grace and elegance.

Currently, I’m gazing at the shimmering reflecting pool, and as the sunlight shifts its angle, I marvel at the stunning reflection it creates. This sight transforms throughout the entire day. – Swatek remarked.

The mansion includes eight bedrooms with eight full bathrooms and two half baths.

Car connoisseurs won’t feel boxed in at all thanks to its 2,038-square-foot garage.

For fitness devotees, there’s a wealth of benefits to be found in both the gym and yoga studio, each serving as an exemplar of the distinctive architectural design left behind by the late designer.

As an ardent enthusiast, I simply can’t hide my excitement over the home’s versatile design. Not only does it boast a multipurpose area serving both as an office and a personal dressing room, but it also flaunts a climate-controlled wine room that’s a dream come true for any collector with a collection worthy of admiration. Its refined displays exude elegance, making every bottle a work of art to behold.

The main bedroom area boasts a spacious bathroom and links to both a walk-in wardrobe and a yoga space, as well as a sizable outdoor lounge area similar to a patio, known as a lanai.

Interested bidders will be required to provide a $100,000 deposit. 

Originating from Alabama, Swatek made her debut in cinema and television during the late ’90s, appearing in minor roles for Power Rangers Turbo and Lethal Weapon 4.

She also had a small part in 2005’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin. 

To this point, her standout roles have been as a regular character on 7th Heaven and Awkward, and she made an appearance in eight episodes of American Housewife.

In 2022, they had listed a Malibu mansion, previously belonging to Cindy Crawford, for sale at a price of $99.5 million alongside their husband.
