Studio Bside’s latest RPG StarSavior is launching on November 20 in South Korea and Japan

Story Highlights

  • StarSavior is a turn-based RPG with anime-style visuals and a time-twisting story.
  • The game features diverse heroes, dynamic turn-based battles, formidable enemies, life-like 3D Graphics, and more.
  • It seems the game won’t be launching globally at the same time.

The team behind the game Counter:Side, Studio Bside, has announced that their new RPG, StarSavior, will be available on Android, iOS, and PC starting November 20th in South Korea and Japan. StarSavior was first shown to the public last November and had a limited test period with players in South Korea this past July.

Get ready to lead the Saviors and inherit the StarSavior’s power

StarSavior is a fantasy role-playing game where you battle enemies in turns as you travel across the cosmos with a team of powerful heroines called Saviors. You play as the Captain, leading a mission for the Nebula Observatory Organization (NOA) to gain the power of the first StarSavior and protect the universe.

In this game, you’ll lead a team called the Saviors on a quest to find the lost power of a legendary hero. You’ll build relationships with these characters and enjoy exciting turn-based combat. I’m especially excited to see charming characters like Asherah, Smile, and Claire battle the enigmatic Voidborns.

Players can train and bond with their Saviors and engage in turn-based battles

Beyond battles, the game lets you build training plans to get your team ready for missions. It’s important to balance training with downtime, and I appreciate how the game includes relaxing activities and side quests to earn money. These everyday moments really add to the game’s appeal.

The game is visually impressive and genuinely fun to play. I’m eagerly awaiting its worldwide release so I can discover the diverse NOA cities – from coastal towns to snowy landscapes – each offering unique cultures and features. It also includes exciting elements like Arcanas and Trails to explore.

Star Savior will be available to download on Android and iOS in South Korea and Japan starting November 20th. Pre-registration is now open on the Google Play Store and App Store. A worldwide release isn’t happening all at once, but we’ll keep you updated!
