Strictly’s Nadiya Bychkova flaunts her toned physique in black underwear as she dances in the studio ahead of launch show

Nadiya Bychkova, a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, looked amazing while practicing for the show’s launch this Saturday.

The 36-year-old professional dancer showed off her amazing physique in a stylish black lingerie set made by the eco-friendly brand, Step One.

Nadiya showcased her fit body and long legs while wearing a comfortable, padded bra and black bikini bottoms.

Radiating confidence, the Ukrainian dancer moved gracefully to the energetic music, adding in high kicks to highlight her flexibility and skillful footwork.

She confidently stepped into the new ballroom season, sporting black boots that gave her an extra boost in height.

She posted a short, energetic video on Instagram, writing, ‘Having a fun, lively moment in the studio (dancing emoji) with @stepone.life.’

This post follows Nadiya’s recent announcement that she’s staying away from dating apps after her breakup with Kai Widdrington.

The dancer and her fellow Strictly professional parted ways in June 2024. He has since publicly confirmed his relationship with Chloe Wells on Instagram.

Nadiya, who is currently single after a breakup, went to a fancy event at the Saatchi Gallery in London on Wednesday and talked a little about what dating is like for them right now.

At the launch event for Neer, a new app for connecting with people, she shared why she’s stopped using dating apps.

Nadiya believes it’s more valuable for people to connect through conversation instead of constantly using their phones. She understands everyone is busy, but emphasizes the importance of real connection.

The new app is designed to foster meaningful, in-person connections among young people. 

Kai is now in a relationship with Chloe, an executive assistant from Essex. They met while out at a pub in West London.

Showing just how much they adore each other, the dancer shared a sweet photo on social media last month of the couple gazing lovingly at one another.

Kai beamed, looking incredibly happy, and Chloe, a beautiful brunette in a short brown dress, seemed just as impressed with him.

Kai shared a photo with a simple message: ‘Happiness is underrated,’ along with a black heart. He also tagged his new girlfriend in the post.

Kai received lots of positive comments on the post from his fans and friends on Strictly, and Chloe even responded with a heart emoji.

The Sun reports that Kai and his new partner have been keeping their relationship under wraps, likely due to the attention surrounding his previous relationship with Nadiya. They are now planning to make their first public appearance as a couple on a red carpet.

Things seem to be going well for the couple, and they’re apparently planning to move in together in the near future.

A friend shared with the publication that Chloe is a down-to-earth person who isn’t seeking fame, and she genuinely likes Kai for who he is. They enjoy spending time together and have a strong connection, and are even discussing moving in together soon.

Kai was really hurt by the public attention on his previous relationship with Nadiya, and he’s relieved that Chloe prefers to stay out of the spotlight. The fact that she’s not a huge fan of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ also helps keep things more relaxed.

They seem very happy together, and Kai credits his positive outlook to being in a good place emotionally, largely because of her. Everyone agrees they’re a lovely couple.
