Strictly’s Motsi Mabuse debuts glamorous new hairdo for Movie Week – after revealing the secret behind her incredible weight loss

I was absolutely loving Motsi Mabuse’s hair on Strictly’s Movie Week! She debuted a seriously glamorous new look on Saturday, and it was stunning.

The 44-year-old judge showed off her stylish short black haircut while having fun and dancing backstage with her colleague, 60-year-old Craig Revel Horwood.

Motsi looked incredibly glamorous, like a Hollywood star, in a beautiful white and black satin dress as she prepared to judge another set of impressive performances.

Craig looked very stylish in a traditional black and white tuxedo, and he danced with Motsi, showing off his skills.

This follows Motsi sharing how she lost weight and kept it off, revealing the secrets to her fit figure.

The popular celebrity recently reappeared on TV with a noticeably different appearance, resuming her role as a judge on the show.

Rather than using weight loss injections like some celebrities, Motsi chose a more traditional approach, prioritizing healthy eating and regular exercise.

She says lifting weights and a diet rich in nuts, fruits, and salads helped her lose a significant amount of weight.

Motsi also revealed menopause sparked her motivation to get fit for ‘what’s to come’.

She expressed frustration to The Sun that discussions about this topic, whether in podcasts or online, always focus on scaring people. She’s never heard anyone offer reassurance, saying it isn’t as bad as it seems. She even asked Shirley Ballas if things would be alright, but Shirley shook her head and predicted a difficult time ahead.

I’m getting prepared for whatever’s ahead. I’ve completely changed my diet and started working out with weights to build strength. I’m focusing on healthy foods like nuts, fruits, and salads.

I’ve started going to the sauna three times a week to help lower my stress hormones. I also enjoy ice baths because they’re really beneficial for my mental wellbeing.

Oh my gosh, Motsi is so worried! She’s worked so hard to lose weight, and she’s terrified that all her amazing progress will be ruined now that *Strictly* is taking over her life. I just feel so bad for her, it’s so relatable! She’s amazing, and I hope she can still prioritize herself even with everything going on.

With ‘Strictly’ back on television, she’s feeling anxious and worried about how she’ll manage everything. Her main concern is balancing her commitments, particularly while she’s also touring.

This season of Strictly Come Dancing features a significant change, which sources say is partly intended to reduce criticism aimed at head judge Shirley Ballas, who has been heavily targeted by online trolls due to her choices during dance-offs.

Shirley, age 65, has been a key part of the judging panel since 2017. When the judges can’t agree on which couple to keep, she’s the one who makes the final decision.

Now, the judging duties are shared, with Motsi, Anton Du Beke, and Craig each taking turns to lead the panel each week.

Shirley recently announced a change in her role. She explained that after seven years of making a very difficult decision, that responsibility will soon be shifting to someone else.

Tess Daly, one of the show’s hosts, announced that viewers will now decide which judge has the tie-breaking vote each week.

Several reasons contributed to the decision, including a desire to make the results show more exciting. However, it also followed reports that Shirley had requested help dealing with the constant online criticism she’s received for her judging.

According to a source speaking to The Mirror, one positive outcome of the recent changes is that Shirley will likely receive less harsh criticism.

The rules have been changed primarily to increase the show’s excitement, but it’s also a positive step to offer more protection to the judges from constant negativity – particularly someone as popular and well-liked as Shirley.

Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Strictly Come Dancing for comment.
