Strictly’s Max George confirms hospital return in new health update

As a die-hard fan of Strictly Come Dancing, I’ve always admired the courage and resilience of its contestants. And Max George, the talented singer from The Wanted, has certainly shown both in abundance during his journey on the show. After undergoing heart surgery and returning home for the holidays, it’s heartbreaking to hear that he’s back at the hospital for a checkup regarding his pacemaker.

I can only imagine how difficult it must be for Max to face yet another health challenge after everything he’s been through. But as someone who has followed his career since The Wanted days, I know he possesses an indomitable spirit that will help him get through this tough time.

My heart goes out to Max and his family during this difficult period, and I hope the doctors can find a solution for the flicking sensation he’s experiencing. In true Max George fashion, I’m confident he’ll come out on the other side stronger than ever. And who knows, maybe this experience will even inspire him to create another chart-topping hit!

On a lighter note, I can’t help but wonder if his dancing partner Dianne Buswell has been secretly practicing her medical skills during rehearsals for Strictly. After all, she is a professional dancer AND a qualified physiotherapist! Perhaps Max could use a little “Dianne-aid” to help him through this bump in the road. 😉

The celebrity from Strictly Come Dancing, Max George, has announced that he will be going back to the hospital for a follow-up examination following his heart surgery.

This month, a heart problem led to the hospitalization of the singer from The Wanted, and medical professionals subsequently found an atrioventricular block within his heart.

The star underwent a surgery around Christmas to install a pacemaker due to his health issue, and announced on December 27th that he was back home after the surgery went well during the holiday season.

Yesterday on Instagram (December 30), George disclosed that he will soon return to the hospital for a follow-up appointment concerning his pacemaker, as medical professionals aim to investigate and clarify the source of an unusual sensation – a “fluttering” or “flickering” feeling – he has been experiencing.

Hello everyone, I trust you’re doing well! I’ve got an update along with a query to share. This is intended for those among you who have had the experience of getting a pacemaker implanted.

Tomorrow, I’ll be at the hospital for another examination due to a persistent sensation of fluttering in my left chest area. I’m experiencing it right now, and I was curious if any of you have ever had this feeling or know what it could possibly be, as the doctors seem uncertain.

George went on to say: “I hope it’s just temporary, possibly hitting a sensitive spot that will resolve itself over time, or they might need to adjust the wire position slightly.

However, I’m fully attentive as I’m currently engaged in research, learning about pacemakers since it’s a subject entirely new to me – quite unexpected!

“So any information that I can get would be much appreciated.”

On Saturdays, you can catch “Strictly Come Dancing” on BBC One, while its spin-off, “It Takes Two,” airs nightly on BBC Two during the week. You can conveniently stream both shows on BBC iPlayer.
