As a dedicated fan who has been following Carlos Gu’s journey since his early days on Strictly Come Dancing, I must say the recent turn of events between him and Nancy Xu has left me quite perplexed. These two dancers, who share a rich history dating back to their childhood in China, have found themselves in an unusual predicament – unfollowing each other on social media and seemingly avoiding any form of interaction.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Carlos Gu has  broken silence on his fall out with his co-star Nancy Xu.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but notice the chilling silence between two Chinese prodigies of dance, whom I’ve admired since our youth. It’s heartbreaking to see them no longer engaging with one another on their digital platforms.

It’s said that the friendship between the two, who were once very close, became strained when Carlos felt let down because he didn’t get partnered with a celebrity during this season.

On Friday, when speaking with Richard Eden from The Daily Mail for the first time following their disagreement, Carlos stated that they are currently in a good state.

He mentioned that they’re doing well. Being friends since childhood, they sometimes have disagreements, but their bond is so strong that it’s unlikely they could ever grow apart to the point of becoming estranged – they’re more like close siblings in that way.

Last week, an insider shared with The Sun: ‘The conflict between Nancy and Carlos is deeply unfortunate and has left everyone utterly stunned.’

‘They’ve been close since childhood, but have fallen out and unfollowed each other on socials.’

On set, there’s often an uneasy and tense vibe when they’re both present. Many people were glad when Carlos wasn’t at the show a few weeks back.

According to another source, both Carol and Nancy maintain a warm and highly professional demeanor while on the set of Strictly.

TopMob have the dancers representative and the BBC for comment.

Previously, Carlos was teamed up with television host Angela Scanlon and soap actress Molly Rainford on various occasions.

On Saturday, Shayne Ward and his dance partner Nancy Xu showcased a captivating Rumba number set to the tune of “Time After Time” by Cyndi Lauper.

Based on betting predictions, they might dance together for the final time, as they are forecasted to be the next couple to leave the competition.

It seems quite probable that Shayne and Nancy won’t advance to the upcoming Blackpool special, given their odds have been significantly reduced to 10/11 for being eliminated from the competition next.

As a devoted fan, I find myself sharing the latest buzz – the artist behind “That’s My Goal” anthem seems to be on the brink of departing from this popular series. Not far behind is the captivating opera singer, Wynne Evans, who currently stands at odds of 9/4.

According to Nicola McGeady from Ladbrokes, it appears that Shayne Ward’s time on Strictly might finish up this coming weekend, as per the predictions based on odds and bettors.

According to Lee Phelps, who represents William Hill, we can expect the number of contestants on Strictly to drop from nine to eight after this coming weekend’s episode. It seems that Shayne Ward may be at risk of leaving the competition by performing his final dance.

Among all the contestants, the English singer has the highest probability, approximately 95%, of being the next one dismissed from the show, given they had another chance in the dance-off last week.

If Ward manages to escape trouble, Wynne Evans becomes the likely next contestant to face elimination at odds of 9/4. Meanwhile, JB Gill seems to have a decent shot at continuing with odds of 6/1, and Pete Wicks also appears fairly secure with odds of 8/1 for next weekend’s show.
