Strictly stars Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał leave fans gushing they’re ‘made for each other’ as she shares cosy behind-the-scenes snaps
As a seasoned observer of reality television and human behavior, I must say that Pete Wicks seems to be stepping out of his comfort zone more than ever before. His commitment to Jowita, the stunning dancer, is evident not only in their promising performance on Strictly Come Dancing but also in his heartfelt words about her.
Pete Wicks and his professional dance partner, Jowita Przystał, gave fans a peek into their second week of rehearsals for the show by posting a series of photos on Thursday.
Previously known TOWIE celebrity, aged 36, and the captivating dancer, aged 30, have been generating speculations about a romantic relationship ever since they were teamed up on the program.
Following Jowita sharing a collection of warm photos alongside Pete, a fan enthusiastically remarked that they seem perfectly suited for each other.
In one adorable photo, the pair sweetly posed with Pete’s beloved French Bulldogs Eric and Peggy, while out walking the pooches in Essex for a VT that aired during last week’s show.
Jowita wrote in her caption: ‘Week two highlights. Eric and Peggy, obsessed with them #petejowita.’
Another selfie saw the two of them beaming on the Strictly set, as they prepared to rehearse their country-themed American Smooth.
She included a photo of the pairing backstage at the last live show, after they took to the floor with a sensual dance that saw Pete drawing Jowita in close and their lips just millimetres apart.
As a devoted companion, I too posted a picture of my celebrity counterpart taking a sip of Ribena during our rejuvenating lunch break amidst our busy rehearsals.
A glimpse during the rehearsal process revealed Pete performing a dramatic spin around Jowita, both of them diligently refining their choreography together.
In the end, the dancer shared a video of her and Pete from their playful interaction backstage prior to the performance, giving fans a peek at their pre-show bonding moment.
I couldn’t help but burst out laughing after our recent contest, where we were racing to autograph something first. But Pete swiftly chimed in, accusing me of trickery, claiming that my hastily scribbled mark wasn’t my genuine signature, merely an initial!

“Notice how adorable it is that we both have initials – you as P and me as J. It’s like we form an abbreviation ‘JP’, which coincides with my initials.” With Pete adding, “That’s interesting because my middle name is James, so my initials are actually PJ.
Previously known TOWIE celebrity swiftly responded to the post with a comment saying, “I can’t believe you shared that video,” accompanied by two laughing emoticons.
Enthusiasts flocked to the comment areas to shower compliments on the Strictly pair, expressing their affection by saying they “really love them.” They added a playful remark: “You both are so adorable. I watch Strictly not just for the dancing, but mainly for you two.

Following Pete’s assertion on Wednesday’s Loose Women with Jowita, he stated that Strictly Come Dancing is more challenging than Celebrity SAS.
When queried about the difficulty level of the BBC dance show compared to various other reality shows he’s attempted, he admitted that Strictly was the most challenging.
Christine inquired: “If we consider everything you’ve accomplished and exclude TOWIE from the discussion, I’m referring to Celebs Go Dating, MasterChef, The Real Full Monty, and Celebrity SAS – one of the most challenging shows out there; where would Strictly Come Dancing fit in among all those?
Pete responded, ‘This is by far the most challenging. I’ve done Celebrity SAS twice, but this one is tougher. It’s more demanding and pushes me way beyond my comfort zone,’
Elsewhere, he revealed a huge commitment he’s made to Jowita.
Janet recalled: ‘I read somewhere that you two are going to get matching tattoos if you win?’
The reality star admitted: ‘I’ve got a fair few tattoos so if we win then we’re going to get a couple of Glitterballs.’
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I must say that spending these last three weeks with my esteemed partner, Pete, has been an unparalleled source of laughter for me. Every moment I share with him fills me with immense joy.
‘But I need to admit, we have a lot of laughs, but the focus and determination this man has – outstanding.’
On Saturdays, the BBC program has declared it as “Movie Week,” so viewers can expect Pete to don the role of George from the Jungle, performing a dance characterized by a ‘rope’, plenty of hip movements, and a loincloth.
He laughed: It’s like The Full Monty all over again. We’re going fun this week.’
It’s been rumored that Pete is connected to Love Island celebrity Maura Higgins, as they exhibited quite a playful and flirtatious behavior together on Sunday evening.
They had a great time spending an evening at The Ship in Wandsworth, accompanied by his friends from Strictly, following their qualification for the upcoming week.
A bystander shared with TopMob that the duo seemed to be inseparable, often leaning in to whisper sweet nothings to one another, and even subtly linking their legs while socializing with Wynne Evans, Tom Dean, and Jamie Borthwick. They appeared to be quite enamored.
The bystander mentioned: “They were quite affectionate towards one another, and it took me aback as I assumed he had genuine chemistry with Jowita.
At a certain moment, it appeared as though they had interlocked themselves, seemingly unconcerned about who might be observing them.
It might seem logical that Pete, having been dismissed from Strictly, would be focused on Tom. However, surprisingly, he appeared to be smitten with Maura throughout the entire evening instead!
