Strictly star Katya Jones flaunts her jaw-dropping figure in a TINY bikini as she soaks up the sun amid lavish Dubai getaway following show final
As a seasoned observer of the glitz, glamour, and grace that is Strictly Come Dancing, I must say, this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. The final, in particular, was a testament to resilience, determination, and the unyielding power of human spirit.
Katya Jones, well-known for her strict discipline as a dancer, showed off her stunning physique while enjoying the sun during an extravagant trip to Dubai on Thursday, after the final show of last week.
A skilled dancer of 35 years old appeared stunning in a tiny plaid swimsuit with a Bardot-style neckline and ruffled trim, lounging by the pool at the luxurious location White Beach.
Katya wore a skimpy two-piece that revealed quite a bit, and she accessorized with reflective sunglasses and large earrings.
She shared photos and videos from her vacation on her Instagram Stories, enjoying the sun, playing with friends, and boosting her tan.
The standout individual assumed leadership during dinner, discussing her experience on Celebrity MasterChef while enjoying fresh seafood. However, she was promptly reminded of being the first contestant eliminated from the show.
2024’s Strictly Come Dancing finale on Saturday was won by comedian Chris McCausland and his professional partner Dianne Buswell. Chris made history as he became the first-ever blind contestant to compete in the show, ultimately taking the title of champion.
Simultaneously, Katya was teamed up with BBC host Wynne Evans, and they departed the contest a few weeks later following much publicity about their “awkward hand incident”.

I expressed: “It’s unsettling for me to see this individual depicted in a manner inconsistent with his true self. Quite frankly, it’s a stark contrast from reality.
To ensure there’s no confusion, let me clarify that the event involving the hand gesture and the high-five on Saturday night was simply a private joke shared between Wynne and myself. Was it a bit of a foolish joke? Indeed, yes. Was it an inappropriate joke? Yes, also in that regard.
In the end, Chris, age 47, edged out Tasha Ghouri, JB Gill, and Sarah Hadland in the final round. His charming sense of humor and moving personal tale proved crucial in restoring the show’s reputation after a period of controversies.
In this competition, every couple showcased three dances to the judges, making it the highest-scoring final ever. Later on, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman declared Chris as the victor, earning him the prestigious Glitterball trophy.
The funnyman broke down in tears as he was embraced by his fellow celebs before throwing Dianne triumphantly over his shoulder while the audience went wild.
Reflecting on the experience, I found myself at a loss for words. To be honest, I believed my journey would end within the initial few weeks. Yet, here I am, surprising even myself. It seemed like everyone else had the same thoughts initially, but I still held onto mine.
“I’ve been going on and on, and Dianne has extracted so much from me. She truly merits the trophy.” As he continued to praise her, he highlighted her ‘inspiring positivity’ and unwavering ‘faith’.
Afterward, he playfully remarked: “If she doesn’t switch her phone number, I’m her permanent companion. This serves as a reminder to [Dianne] and all of you – opportunities and support can lead to achieving anything!
In the series finale, Chris earned a flawless 40 points for his waltz choreographed to You’ll Never Walk Alone by Gerry and the Pacemakers. This emotional performance moved both the judges and the audience to tears.
In a different twist, his second performance combined various dance genres set to the tune of “You Get What You Give” by New Radicals. He also reenacted his popular “blackout” move during their first dance.
Besides them, Chris and Dianne grooved along to the melody they preferred – ‘Instant Karma! (We All Shine On)’, a track by John Lennon.
During the program, Chris expressed his hope that participating in Strictly would positively influence people’s perceptions of individuals who are blind and people with disabilities.
At the outset, my daughter appeared quite anxious. She was just eleven years old, and I believe her apprehension might have stemmed from my own fears and concerns. However, as time passed, she seemed to enjoy observing me, and now, she expresses great pride in what I do.
Through my experiences, I’ve discovered a newfound strength within myself – one that suggests I’ll require significant effort to unsettle me moving forward. Furthermore, I now understand that flawlessness is not an essential prerequisite for achieving success; something can still thrive and be deemed successful, even if it isn’t perfect.
