For the initial time since her unexpected hospitalization following a severe fall during practice sessions, Strictly Come Dancing’s Nadiya Bychkova has made an appearance.
On a Friday, the entire cast of Strictly 2025 made their first public appearance since the announcement of the complete line-up as they gathered for rehearsals.
Among them was the 35-year-old Ukrainian dancer, Nadiya, who, not long ago, had been admitted to the hospital following an incident on Tuesday where she fell and landed on her back during practice sessions.
While practicing in North London, the celebrity sustained a back injury that caused intense pain. As a result, her team had no choice but to call for an ambulance.
But in a sign that she is on the mend, Nadiya arrived for rehearsals sporting a huge smile.

On Wednesday, Nadiya posted an image from the hospital where she gave her followers an update about her injury and shared whether or not she might dance again in the near future on Instagram.

Today, I have a physical therapy session scheduled, but rest assured, I won’t be off the dance floor for long. I’m eagerly looking forward to making a comeback, glowing and radiant, during the upcoming season of the most popular television show out there.
‘I can’t wait for you to see it. Keep dancing!’
A confidential source informed The Mirror about her injury, saying, “It seemed quite severe, and everyone was being cautious. Quickly, the Strictly team sprang into action, and she was carefully carried out on a stretcher.
To ensure safety, after a fall that occurred during rehearsals, Nadiya was transported to the hospital for examinations. Both medical professionals and welfare teams are providing comprehensive assistance to her at this time.
The rehearsals carry on, and the Strictly crew keeps up with regular communication with Nadiya. By the afternoon, Nadiya was discharged from the hospital.
On Tuesday, August 12th, at 12:37 PM, we received a call regarding an occurrence at Regent’s Park Road, NW1. This information was shared by a representative from the London Ambulance Service with the publication.
‘We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and treated one person before taking them to hospital.’
