It appears that the assertions were allegedly presented in a court document submitted to the BBC by Russells (law firm) around March, representing the ex-contestant, Wynne Evans.

A source told the newspaper: ‘The BBC is taking the allegations really seriously.

‘Bosses are aware of the two stars in question and have a duty of care to make sure they’re okay. 

According to BBC policy, specialized assistance from professionals could potentially be provided.

They mentioned that drug tests will not be conducted during the main event, but they might introduce random checks during the tour next year instead.
