Strictly Come Dancing viewers are left outraged as show sparks 'fix row' after Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin are the latest couple to leave the competition

As a seasoned Strictly Come Dancing viewer and avid fan, I must say that this year’s competition has been nothing short of extraordinary! The energy, passion, and camaraderie among the contestants are truly palpable. Watching Sam and Nikita’s American Smooth or Montell and Johannes’ sizzling Salsa performances was a treat for the eyes.

Viewers of Strictly Come Dancing were shocked and upset as Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin were eliminated from the contest.

Supporters of BBC’s signature sneaker claim that Sam received less recognition from the judges compared to other contestants, as they feel Sam’s performance skills surpass those who appear to receive higher scores.

During Saturday’s episode, they earned a score of 29 for their American Smooth dance, placing them at the lowest position on the leaderboard.

Subsequently, they faced a surprising dance-off against Montell Douglas and Johannas Radebe following a public vote. Unfortunately for them, the judges decided to eliminate them after this competition.

But the scoring of the couple left fans outraged as they claimed they were unfairly scored.

Speaking about X, which was previously called Twitter, one wrote: “What’s going on with Wynne and Pete so close by?!” or simply “Why is it like this with Wynne and Pete nearby?

‘If we don’t see Wynne or Pete in the dance off next week i am gunna kick off.’

‘I need Pete to be the dance off next week. We’re losing decent dancers and he’s just not there.’

‘#strictly pete shayne and wynne were the weakest!’

1) “Pete ought to have left home this past week; his performance was terrible. And yes, I’ve caught up on the spoilers and I’m quite annoyed about it. The other duo should not have been close to the elimination round.

It was unfair for Sam not to be chosen; Pete should have gone instead. Throughout the series, Shirley didn’t judge him fairly, and it seems like she should be fired because of it. Her favoritism has significantly impacted this show in a negative way. Len, on the other hand, never showed such bias.

It was unfair that Sam and Montel weren’t part of the final dance-off, as there were some average dancers who should have taken their place instead. Strictly Come Dancing is about talent, and they both demonstrated this throughout the competition. I enjoyed watching them both advance.

On Sunday, Sam and Nikita danced the American Smooth routine once more to “Love Story” by Taylor Swift, whereas Montell and Johannes executed their Waltz routine again to “I Will Always Love You,” a song by Whitney Houston.

In other words, when Montell and Johannes received three yes-votes, it meant they secured a majority, consequently causing Sam and Nikita to exit the competition.

Head Judge Shirley Ballas also agreed and said she would have decided to save Montell and Johannes.

When Tess questioned Sam about her experience on the show, she replied with a mix of emotions, saying “I’m disappointed, but all I really want to do is express my gratitude.

“I’ve absorbed a great deal, and Strictly has rekindled my enthusiasm. It’s been an incredible experience.

Dear Nikita, your contributions have been instrumental in unearthing the hidden ‘Sam’ within me, who had taken a brief hiatus for about a year or two but has recently resurfaced. I’m saddened because I believe there is still so much more I can offer.

In awe I find myself, constantly captivated by this remarkable young woman. While some may assert that the experience is what truly matters, for me, it’s all about who shares that adventure.

‘Sam you are the most wonderful company I could have had.’

Sam expressed, “I find myself wondering how celebrities maintain their relationships with dancers, given that I observe them.

“To put it simply, the time you share together and how you influence one another is truly extraordinary – and yes, I know it sounds overused, but there’s something special, even magical, about it.

Audience members got to witness a show by the latest K-Pop boyband, dearALICE, along with an awe-inspiring medley of Beyoncé’s hits.

In the dance performance, Johannes took on the role of Beyoncé’s alter ego, Sasha Fierce, embodying her spirit. The choreography was adorned with glittering cowboy hats, strong dance movements reminiscent of power ballads, and a dash of playful bravado.

Strictly fans were left in shock after the results were again leaked online in a huge spoiler.

It left many people quite astonished when it turned out who found themselves in the bottom two, requiring them to perform their dances again.

Although many people have voiced their irritation over the Sunday leaks that have become frequent during the latest series, it’s well-known that a notorious source is responsible for this.

On Twitter, they wrote: ‘ frankly, I’m irritated by this situation. The dancing pairs who’ve been consistently improving each week shouldn’t have been in the dance-off, whereas some other couples who’ve struggled in recent weeks continue to advance.’

‘WHAT?! I’M FLOORED!! This has fully p***ed me off actually.’,

I’m quite confused! Here’s my first query: Why were both couples participating in the dance-off? And secondly, why are the weaker ones still competing?

I can’t believe what I just witnessed! Those two couples shouldn’t have been in the dance-off at all, it seems they were mistakenly included.
