As a seasoned observer of the dance floor and lifestyle connoisseur with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that this year’s Strictly Come Dancing is shaping up to be quite an intriguing spectacle. The casting budget cuts have certainly stirred up a storm among fans, leaving many scratching their heads over little-known contestants like Punam Krishnan and Tasha Ghouri.

The popular BBC series, Strictly Come Dancing, has unveiled a sneak peek of their judging team ahead of its comeback on September 14th.

59-year-old Judge Craig Revel Horwood sported a fresh appearance, joining his fellow panelists Motsi Mabuse (43), Shirley Ballas (64), and Anton Du Beke (58) on the judges’ bench.

Since its launch in 2004, the dancer-cum-choreographer appeared quite different from his typical persona, sporting a fresh new beard for the first time on the BBC show.

Sporting a thick black beard, Craig cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo and beamed as he held up a score of 10.

Simultaneously, Motsi showcased elegance with a white, fitted blazer featuring prominent shoulder pads and a V-shaped neckline.

Judge Shirley is set to rejoin the panel, and the ballroom dancer appeared absolutely stunning in a lacey red dress.

Simultaneously, beloved character Anton exuded elegance in a stylish black-and-white tuxedo, happily displaying the number 10.

After Craig expressed his confidence that the show will surpass the accusations of bullying, the first glimpse is revealed when the 20th series begins.

The ongoing controversy involves several claims of improper conduct, resulting in the departures of dancers Graziano Di Prima and Giovanni Pernice from the popular Saturday night program that has been running for quite some time.

After the controversy, the BBC has established new rules for the program with the intention of preventing its cancellation.

However, Judge Craig has expressed his enthusiasm for the series to Woman’s Weekly, stating that he feels like a permanent fixture, or in other words, he’s “part of the furniture.

He expressed his belief that the show can surpass the recent events, and he truly feels it will. The show possesses a unique energy that people would be disappointed to see it end. He eagerly anticipates each new season, and in a sense, he’s grown attached to the show.

Following the decision by BBC executives to reduce the budget for the forthcoming 20th season of Strictly, due to a string of controversies potentially requiring compensation for past performers.

It’s reported that the production budget for our top-rated series was reduced following the Strictly bullying controversy, as per information from our internal sources.

Instead, funding has been diverted to increased welfare measures on the dance show.

There’s growing worry among managers that they might face additional financial stress due to ex-celebrities who are preparing to file complaints alleging they were unfairly treated while working on the program.

According to a source, funds were necessary to cover expenses for chaperones and those responsible for the show’s welfare. The total cost of all these accusations remains uncertain. It’s clear that it won’t come cheap. A choice has been made to trim down the cast members.

This year’s celebrity lineup for Strictly disappointed many fans, as they felt let down by the smaller casting budget that was evident in the selection process, which was revealed earlier this month.

The crowd found it difficult to identify less recognized TV personality, Dr. Punam Krishnan, and ex-Love Island participant, Tasha Ghouri.

According to the source, it appears that only two individuals from this year’s group – Nick Knowles of DIY SOS and football analyst Paul Merson – stand a chance at receiving substantial winnings.

They stated: ‘Our lineup is among the most affordable we’ve offered. We understand that fans might be disheartened, considering the caliber of stars we’ve had in the past five years.’

It is a further blow for Strictly bosses who had high hopes for the 20th-anniversary series.

A fresh group of production assistants will oversee the current project, which involves looking after our celebrity talent. They’ll be on hand during rehearsals and training sessions to keep an eye out for any indications of unacceptable conduct.

In response to accusations of mistreatment leveled by celebrities like actress Amanda Abbington and ex-reality TV star Zara McDermott, BBC leaders felt compelled to implement strong measures to enhance the safety of their show.

Giovanni Pernice, Strictly’s longest-serving male pro, was accused of bullying by Abbington in rehearsals last year and a BBC investigation is still ongoing. The 33-year-old Sicilian has strongly denied any wrongdoing.

On Sunday, The Mail reported that Giovanni would be cleared following Amanda’s allegations, as BBC sources informed them that no proof of bullying by him was found.

However, it’s reported that the actress is showing exceptional determination in her case, taking an unconventional step which her friends of Giovanni liken to a final roll of the dice. This action involves sharing with the BBC a brief video clip he had sent through WhatsApp.

Sources within the Corporation say it is ‘sex-related’ but in its nature was ‘very much banter’.

According to the source, since this is the final item Amanda possesses, it’s understandable that she would be desperately wanting it to hold. It’s the sole item that could potentially offer resistance against Giovanni in any practical sense.

The report’s findings are not expected until next month.
