Strictly bosses ‘move Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal to different training room after they bumped into her ex-boyfriend Giovanni Pernice rehearsing next door’
As a seasoned observer of celebrity dynamics, I must say I find myself rather intrigued by this tangled web of relationships and allegations unfolding before our eyes. The drama surrounding Pete Davidson, Maura Higgins, Giovanni Pernice, and Amanda Abbington is nothing short of captivating.
The organizers of Strictly Come Dancing apparently shifted Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal to another practice room because Giovanni Pernice, their ex-boyfriend and previous dance partner, was practicing in an adjoining space.

According to a source, Pete encountered Giovanni outside the practice room and later informed Jowita that he’d spotted Giovanni upon re-entering.

Previously in the past year, Jowita parted ways with her long-time dance partner Michael Danilczuk, while she was also seeing Giovanni.
Word on the street hinted at a romantic bond between them around December of that particular year. Reports swirled that their relationship was more of an open secret within the BBC, with whispers that they had been spotted sharing intimate moments backstage during Strictly.
At the same time, they were both posting encouraging messages on each other’s social media platforms. Later, they were photographed together on Valentine’s Day in February 2023.
However, they called it quits the following month, due to their ‘hectic work schedules’.
Reports claim that The Sun was informed about their separation, with the insiders stating: “Over time, their demanding work commitments have made it challenging for them to strengthen their relationship.
For the following five months, Giovanni is touring and finding time together has turned out to be an absolute challenge.
Moving forward under amicable terms, they mentioned, ‘Though their romantic connection has concluded, Giovanni and Jowita expressed they’ll remain close pals. It’s unfortunate they weren’t able to sustain the relationship.’
Simultaneously, Pete has sparked speculation about a romantic relationship with Jowita, stating: “Jowita is simply… I couldn’t have asked for a more ideal partner.
I wouldn’t be able to say she’s the central part of my existence, given our lack of familiarity. However, there are aspects about her that I appreciate, and they certainly bring positive emotions to me.
Additionally, it’s truly significant, as I hope this environment brings her joy. It’s a wonderful space indeed, if my understanding serves correctly.
Afterward, he publicly acknowledged his relationship with Maura Higgins, as they shared a loving kiss at the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday evening.
Initially connected in August, the pair have managed to stay out of the spotlight. However, they were spotted sharing a heartfelt moment tucked away in a quiet corner during the post-ceremony celebration party.

After being exonerated from most of Amanda Abbington’s bullying accusations in a BBC investigation, Giovanni made an appearance on Lorraine last week.

In response, Amanda’s group provided The Sun with a statement, alleging that the dancer is “manipulatively misleading” them and expressing ongoing apprehension regarding how the investigation conducted by the BBC was managed.
This month, the report by the BBC management regarding Giovanni’s conduct was made public. It found him not guilty of the gravest accusations of physical violence, yet it did sustain claims of verbal abuse and harassment.
The report detailed that six out of the 17 accusations made by Amanda were substantiated. Additionally, the report indicated that Giovanni, known for his meticulousness, was found to have used abusive and demeaning speech, which was considered a form of bullying.
The BBC extended an apology to the previous actress of Sherlock and expressed gratitude for her bravery in voicing her concerns.
