I’m really excited about the new Street Fighter movie coming out next year! Video game adaptations haven’t always been great, and often get pretty harsh reviews, but as a fan, I’m really hoping this one will actually be good and do the game justice.

This new movie is the third live-action adaptation of the popular video game series. It follows Ryu, played by Andrew Koji, and Ken Masters, played by Noah Centineo, as they compete in the World Warrior Tournament.

With the movie scheduled to come out in October 2026, fans of the original games were eager for a glimpse, and Paramount Pictures delivered with the first teaser trailer.
