Street Fighter 6 Trailer Showcases Elena Gameplay Ahead of Her June Arrival

Capcom has shared some fresh gameplay footage for Elena, prior to her debut in Street Fighter 6, which will be the last character added through the Year 2 Character Pass this coming June.

A capoeira enthusiast who loves performing dance-like maneuvers in combat is set to join SF6, together with the “Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition”. This special edition includes the base game along with every character DLC and stage, plus Outfit 1 and Colors 3 through 10 for all 26 characters.

Elena will show up accompanied by the unique African scene titled ‘Reniala Remains’, along with swift and potent techniques such as Rhino Horn kicks, Scratch Wheel to combat airborne enemies, and Lynx Song maneuver for evading projectiles and striking back with a counterattack.

She brings back her whirling scythe attacks, complemented by a quick Moon Glider dodge maneuver. Additionally, she unleashes her Meteor Volley at level 1, followed by Revival Dance at level 2, and culminating with Song of the Grasslands at level 3 as her powerful Super Arts.

Elena is set to join “Street Fighter 6” wearing her well-known outfit from both “Street Fighter III: New Generation” and “Ultra Street Fighter IV”. You can earn her by completing the World Tour, or you can purchase her using Fighter Coins. Additionally, a significant game balance adjustment (major balance patch) will be deployed.

The update coming up will bring modifications for all the current 25 characters, as well as wider system adjustments. More specifics about these changes will be disclosed as we get closer to Elena’s release. Elena, along with “Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition,” will be accessible starting from June 5th.
