The fifth season will be out in just a few months, and we now know how long the first episodes will be.
Ross Duffer, a co-creator of *Stranger Things*, revealed the lengths of the first four episodes of *Stranger Things Season 5: Volume 1*. “Chapter One: The Crawl” is 1 hour and 8 minutes long, “Chapter Two: The Vanishing of…” is 54 minutes, “Chapter Three: The Turnbow Trap” is 1 hour and 6 minutes, and “Chapter Four: Sorcerer” runs for 1 hour and 23 minutes.
Since its debut in 2016, *Stranger Things* has become a hugely popular science fiction series for a whole generation. The first season immediately drew viewers into a captivating 1980s mystery set in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana, filled with otherworldly dangers and a fantastic group of actors.
Since its release, *Stranger Things* has become a critically acclaimed and popular series, with four seasons totaling 34 episodes. The show will conclude with a final season featuring its longest and most elaborate episodes yet.
Ross Duffer has teased fans that episode three, “The Turnbow Trap,” feels like a classic *Stranger Things* episode. He also mentioned that episode four, “Sorcerer,” will wrap up the first part of *Stranger Things Season 5* with a finale that’s bigger than anything they’ve done before, and was incredibly challenging to film.
David Harbour Shared His Thoughts About The Finale
David Harbour, who plays the popular character Chief Jim Hopper, recently talked about finishing the show. He said the last day of filming was a very emotional and significant moment, and he was shocked it was actually over. He described feeling completely stunned, saying, “Oh my god.”
Harbour explained that the most impactful moment for his character in the series was carefully planned to happen at this specific point. He was determined to deliver a powerful performance in that scene, and once it happened, that part of the story was complete.
I’ve worked with the Duffer Brothers for a decade, and we’ve shared a lot of experiences. It’s been tough to come to terms with everything happening with the show, and with the cast and crew. Honestly, it took me about six more months to fully understand my feelings – it all felt very unreal.
The first part of *Stranger Things* Season 5 will be available on Netflix starting November 26th. The remaining episodes will be released on December 25th and December 31st.
