Stormzy’s Secret Girlfriend Revealed
Stormzy announced that he is no longer single and is prepared to get married, following his unexpected revelation that he’s been dating a previously unidentified companion.
31-year-old music sensation known for grime, openly confessed in his freshly dropped song titled “Sorry Rach!” on a Wednesday.
In the song, the words suggest that Stormzy expresses his readiness to establish a family with his latest companion. Interestingly, he mentions a striking resemblance between this new partner and two of his previous partners, Maya Jama and Victoria Monet.
Stormzy rhymes: ‘I informed the fellows, I believe I found my spouse. If you bear my child, your life will be secure.’
He went onto added: ‘I think I’ve got a type, she’s like the two before.’
In July, Stormzy and Maya parted ways again, having reconciled the preceding year. Their relationship spanned over a period of five years before the separation in 2019. Later in October, photos emerged of him sharing a kiss with American singer Victoria.

In January, Maya was questioned about the possibility of her relationship with Stormzy being rekindled. However, she emphatically stated that their romance has indeed ended permanently, as she is currently in a secret relationship with Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias.
She told The Guardian: ‘No, I think we’re happy in this friendship zone.’
Maya observed that it was pleasant to see people admiring her partner for his cuteness and herself for hers. She added that when two beloved individuals unite, it naturally stirs excitement, a common occurrence in the realm of celebrities, wouldn’t you agree?
She further mentioned that whoever she dates will instantly become a topic of interest for both the public and media.
It was believed that their breakup stemmed from conflicts about settling down, as Stormzy seemed more inclined towards domestic life and Maya prioritized her career. However, recently, Maya clarified that this wasn’t actually the reason for their split.
Following the publication of pictures showing the rapper with his new companion, Victoria Monet, Maya decided to use her Instagram platform to clarify that the idea she doesn’t desire a long-term relationship or children is not accurate.
Without a doubt, the celebrity, now known as a fresh judge on The Masked Singer, admitted in a recent interview that she plans to step back from her career and start a family someday. However, she emphasized that this would only happen when she finds the ‘perfect partner’.
She expressed: “I desire a family more than just having children. Due to my upbringing being chaotic and unstable, I’m determined to establish a family only with the right partner, one who will make it last forever. Yes, I can envision myself as a parent someday.

After the conclusion of his high-profile relationship, Stormzy encountered some setbacks in his career. His rebrand initiative received criticism, being labeled as an expensive mistake, and a sponsorship agreement sparked disapproval among many of his loyal supporters.
As a dedicated follower and admirer of Stormzy, it’s disheartening to see him under scrutiny now. Once hailed as one of the UK’s most respected artists in music, his image is now appearing on sneering posters across London, following accusations of ‘selling out’. It seems that an unfortunate new nickname has also been bestowed upon him.
2014 saw the rapid ascension of Stormzy to stardom. Initially, he was an independent artist, but launched his first album via his own label #Merky Records. Later, he inked a deal with Warner, and eventually, Universal Records snapped him up for a whopping £10 million in 2020.
In 2017, Gang Signs and Prayer was his released album that managed to sell approximately 310,000 copies, making it his second-best selling album so far. The record that has garnered the most global sales for him is Heavy is the Head, which shifted around 320,000 units in 2019. His debut EP, Dreamers Disease, earned him a MOBO Award for Best Grime Act back in its release year.
To boost the reintroduction of its Def Jam label, renowned for hosting acts like Public Enemy and the Beastie Boys in the past, Universal Records brought on Stormzy, whose success seemed guaranteed as anything he touched was turning into gold.
On the other hand, it appears that the shift towards gospel music by the rapper hasn’t been as successful as anticipated, causing executives at Universal Records some concern.
According to a source, Universal Music was taken aback when Stormzy decided to abandon his signature aggressive rapping style for his debut album with them, opting instead to deliver an album filled with Christian-themed songs, where he would primarily sing rather than rap.
‘People are now calling him the Cliff Richard of hip hop.
The underperformance of his latest album has been cited as the main reason behind the recent mass layoffs at Universal’s Def Jam record label, which was initially hoped to gain traction from this album release.
