Sting has cancelled several upcoming concerts after his doctors advised him to rest due to a health issue.
The 74-year-old British singer had to reschedule concerts twice – once in January because he was sick, and again in July because bad weather created safety issues.
Singer Sting, whose full name is Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, has canceled three additional performances due to illness.
On Saturday, his team announced on Instagram that his show at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood was being rescheduled to May of next year.
I’m so disappointed to share that Sting isn’t feeling well. His doctor has advised him to rest, so unfortunately, tonight’s performance has been cancelled. I’m sending him all my best wishes for a speedy recovery!
Therefore, his concert scheduled for tonight at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida has been moved to May 6, 2026.

‘Please hold on to your tickets as they will be honored on the new date.
Sting is eager to get back on stage once he’s fully healed and regrets any disruption this may cause. He thanks you for your patience and support.
His concerts in Tampa and Jacksonville, scheduled for Monday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 11th, were also canceled the next day.
Sting isn’t feeling well and his doctor has advised him to postpone his concerts on November 10th in Tampa and November 11th in Jacksonville, Florida.
‘Please stay tuned for additional information regarding the rescheduled dates.
‘Sting very much looks forward to returning to the stage as soon as he is fully recovered.
‘He apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your understanding.’
Sting was scheduled to perform in July at Parco Ragazzi del ’99, a park located in the northeastern Italian city of Bassano del Grappa.

The city’s mayor recommended postponing the event because of forecasts predicting severe thunderstorms, including potentially dangerous lightning and strong winds. This news worried the organizers.
Sting himself took to social media to share news of the gig’s cancellation with fans.
He reported that the mayor of Bassano del Grappa had correctly decided it was too risky to hold the performance last night due to the threat of lightning and strong winds.
The well-being of my fans, bandmates, and crew is my top priority. We’ll be back as soon as it’s safe to do so.
In January, Sting had to reschedule two concerts and pull out of an awards show because he wasn’t feeling well.
He cancelled his performance at the Bass Magazine Awards, even though he was scheduled to receive a lifetime achievement award there.
Just wanted to let you all know, Sting is taking a little time to recover, so he’s had to postpone a couple of his U.S. concerts. His shows in Phoenix and Wheatland will be rescheduled for later this month, but he’s prioritizing his health right now, which is always a good thing! We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have firm dates.
A representative for Sting announced on social media that ticket holders should keep their original tickets, as the concert date will be rescheduled.
Sting apologized to everyone who was planning to come to the concert and thanked them for their understanding about the sudden change of plans.

Sting unfortunately has to cancel his appearance at the Bass Magazine Awards this Thursday because his doctor advised him to rest due to illness. He expresses his sincere apologies for the cancellation.
Sting has rescheduled his STING 3.0 concerts in Phoenix, Arizona (originally January 24) to June 1, and in Wheatland, California (originally January 26) to May 28. He’s also moved his performance at the Cherrytree Music Company’s 20th anniversary event to May 29.
If your show has been postponed, please keep your original tickets – they will be accepted for the rescheduled dates.
Sting is truly sorry for any trouble this has caused and thanks his fans for their patience and support.
Even though Sting recently had to cancel some events because he wasn’t feeling well, he’s always been very proud of staying healthy and in shape.
The actor has often said his great physique is thanks to his macrobiotic diet – a way of eating focused on whole grains and vegetables, and avoiding processed foods and toxins.
The diet also centres around low consumption of meat, dairy and sugar.
I’ve always been fascinated by Sting and Trudie Styler’s lifestyle. Back in 1991, they moved to Lake House Farm in Wiltshire and really committed to living off the land. They started growing all their own organic vegetables, and they’ve been doing it ever since – it’s incredibly inspiring to see their dedication to a self-sufficient life.
