More recently, a vintage photo featuring Stellar Blade’s director, Hyung-Tae Kim, and Tekken’s creator, Katsuhiro Harada, surfaced online, leading to some intriguing remarks from the latter about it.
Harada mused, ‘It’s quite sentimental.’ He had mentioned before that Kim was fond of the Tekken Series. Recently, they crossed paths backstage at The Game Awards, and Kim had transformed into a composed and polished gentleman. As for me, I admire his artistic endeavors.
This remark persuaded Kim to reply yet again, because the person suggested themselves as a possible future Tekken character – if not Eve herself.
Appreciate your recall of me. In fact, I’ve been focusing on intense training in secret, gearing up for more Tekken battles. Should I be unable to compete myself, would you consider allowing Eve to step in on my behalf instead?
It’s more likely that the character Eve will fit nicely in SoulCalibur, given her fighting style involves wielding a sword, and SoulCalibur is known for its characters who fight with weapons rather than Tekken’s emphasis on martial arts.
We’re quite fond of Stellar Blade, so we’re pleased to spot the main character popping up whenever conveniently placed – just make sure that Harada and his crew prioritize introducing Tifa before anything else.
