The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has rated Stellar Blade for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, hinting that a physical copy of the game might be released. This rating suggests we could learn more about the Switch 2 version and its release date very soon.

Rated M for Mature 17+ by the ESRB, Stellar Blade is an action RPG where you play as a powerful soldier fighting off an alien invasion. You’ll explore post-apocalyptic landscapes and complete missions using melee combat, blades, machine guns, and lasers. Battles are fast-paced with realistic violence featuring sword attacks, explosions, and gunfire. Expect frequent blood and dismemberment of enemies. Some scenes show graphic injuries like impalement, decapitation, and body parts being severed. The game also features female characters wearing revealing outfits and contains strong language, including the word “sh*t”.
You can now play Stellar Blade on PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. A Complete Edition is also offered, which includes the full game plus extra content like DLC inspired by NieR: Automata and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.
