For the first time on PC, Shift Up’s console debut game, Stellar Blade, is now within reach! The official trailer has been unveiled. The PlayStation Blog has disclosed further information about this hack-and-slash game, such as its system requirements. Surprisingly, they turn out to be quite lenient.
As a gaming enthusiast, my system must meet certain criteria to ensure smooth gameplay at desired settings. To run games at 1080p/60 FPS on Low preset, I need an Intel Core i5-7600K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X processor, a graphics card like the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), and 16 GB of RAM. For a more visually appealing experience at 1440p/60 FPS on High preset, I would need an upgrade to either the Intel Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 3600X, and a graphics powerhouse such as the RTX 2070 SUPER or Radeon RX 6700 XT, all while maintaining the same amount of RAM.
To achieve a smooth 4K/60 FPS gaming experience at Very High settings, you’ll want either a Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 3600X CPU, an RTX 3080 or Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card, and 16 GB of RAM. This setup needs around 75 GB of storage space for installation. While an SSD isn’t essential on the minimal requirements, it’s crucial for optimal performance everywhere else.
Stellar Blade launches on June 11th for PC. Check out our review of the PS5 version here.
