Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions Offering More Space Exploration in 2026
System Era Softworks, the developer, has revealed that they will be releasing “Starseeker: Astroneer Journeys,” a follow-up to the 2019 game “Astroneer,” which is scheduled for release next year.
Starseeker invites players to embark on a thrilling “joint exploration journey” through the cosmos, collaborating with teammates during cooperative missions to traverse the vastness of space aboard the ESS Starseeker. Alongside your space station team, you’ll tackle grand goals scattered across diverse star systems, all while utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
An exciting array of plant life and animal species awaits discovery, along with enigmatic powers that lie hidden. Your base in this game is a dynamic space station where you can strategize expeditions, enhance your skills, and connect with other explorers. The storyline unfolds for those who are eager to uncover it, giving players a high degree of autonomy.
The space exploration game titled “Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions” is set to arrive on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC in the year 2026. Meanwhile, the original “Astroneer” will carry on, with additional updates and content for a prolonged period, according to its creators.
