StarSavior is brand new, having launched this week, so it’s normal to run into a few problems. Don’t worry, though! You can get help with any issues by contacting the game’s support team through the in-game help system, their official social media pages, or by sending them an email.

Follow these steps if you want to contact the customer service team through the in-game option:
- First, launch the game on your mobile devices.
- Then, login in with your Gmail or Apple ID.
- Now, tap on the headphone icon on the top right side of the loading screen.
- You’ll be redirected to the customer support page.
- Here, provide your email and UID and select from Server, Title, and Category.
- Now, give a detailed context of the issue you’re facing.
- Make sure to add attachments as you can upload up to 5.
- Tap on Submit and you’re done.
Please don’t include any personal information in the files you submit. Also, keep in mind that attaching files might not work on all mobile devices or operating systems.
