Eric Barone, also known as ConcernedApe and the mastermind behind Stardew Valley, assured fans that they will not be required to pay additional fees for downloadable content (DLC) or future updates in any of his games. This reassurance came during a recent question about the upcoming version 1.6.9 update on platform X.
